the end of the month
minho entered felix room and went to his bed. he look at the sleeping boy on the bed before he crouched down and shake the younger gently
"yongbok, wake up. your flight is in 3 hours"
"hmm, 5 minutes, hyung." the younger said still refused to wake up
"alright, i will be in the living room."
"you didn't went to work?" the younger asked when he saw his brother in his casual clothes
"no, i take a day off so i could see you off" the older said before walking out of the room
10 minutes later
"hyung, did you take my luggage?" the younger said while walking down the stairs
"yeah, i already put it in the car. come eat first before we go"
the younger immediately take a seat in front of the older and eat.
"i will miss your food, hyung."the freckled boy said making the older scoffed but still smiled after that
"let's go. the other must have been waiting for you" minho said before stood up from his seat and the younger followed him from behind
once they arrived, they were greeted by their friends crushing them in a group hug. everyone was there except him. felix was looking around for him but couldn't see any tall figure around them.
"where is hyunjin?" he asked
"he said that he will arrive a bit late. he got something to do on his way here." chan said and the freckled boy frowned
what could have been more important than your boyfriend who is going to another country for who knows how long would it take for him to come back? however, felix still wanted to wait for the taller. he wanted to see the taller before he flew off.
it has been 15 minutes and there is still no sign of the taller. felix decided to enter and wait for him inside.
while he walked inside, he was meet with his father clearly waiting for him
"there you are, felix. i will be accompany you on your journey since minho will be taking my place now. are you ready?" his father asked
"erm.. im still waiting for someone." he said while looking at the entrance wishing to see any sign of the taller
"hm, oh your friends? how rude of me. didn't see them at all."he said before going to handshake each one of them
"let me introduce myself. i'm lee doohyun, the father of lee minho and lee yongbok or you would be familliar with lee felix?"
"nice to meet you, sir." they all said together
"alright, son, i will wait for you over there. once you are ready, just come up to me, okay?" his father said and felix just nodded his head.
they all wait for the taller together and help felix looking for any sign of the taller. with the times fly, it has been an hour and felix only have like a few minutes before his flight went of. however there are still no sign of the taller. felix thought that maybe the taller forgot about it and just went home. as he thought so, he started to take a step towards his father but halted when he heard someone shouted his name from afar. the voice sound familliar and it was the voice that the freckled boy have been waiting for.
"LEE FELIX YONGBOK!"
felix turned around. his eyes wide open to see hyunjin running towards his way like his life depends on it with a bag in his hand. the taller embraced the younger into his chest and hug him tighter every second.
"im sorry, angel. i got carried away searching for a speacial gift for you." the taller whispered into his ear making the shorter let out a sob
"i-i thought you al-already give up on me, you dumbass!" felix punched the taller chest softly making the other giggled
"i would never. haven't i told you already? no matter what, i will wait for you. you're my angel after all."hyunjin said before kissing the younger face except his lips
"what's in the bag?" felix asked
"you will know soon. open it when you are inside, okay" hyunjin said smiling at the younger
"good thing you came bro. felix was about to leave when he couldn't see any sign of you." changbin punched the taller arms making the taller groaned in pain
"alright, say your last goodbye. you have no time left, felix."minho said looking at his watch on his wrist
"felix, sunshine, my angel, im glad that you came into my life even though it just for a year or two. you meant so much to me. i will be more willing to wait for you to come back. don't forget to call me, okay, angel?" hyunjin said as if he was confessing his love to his already boyfriend
"im also glad to meet you even though you're not that good of a person to start with but at least you change for the better. don't be sad, yeah? i will be back to you side in no time. don't forget to wait for my daily call, my prince." felix winked at hyunjin making the taller chuckled at the flirtatious side
they look at each other eyes with so much love before the pulled each other in for a kiss. the kiss is full with love and so much longing. once they pulled apart, felix give the taller the last peck on the lips before running to his father side
before he step into the entrance, he look at their friend for the last time and waved goodbye at them. then, he step forward and enter the flight with tears running down his cheeks
once he took a seat, he look at the bag that hyunjin gave to him. he decided to open it and take a look at the stuff inside. once he opened it, he gasped at what he saw. there is a small bouquet of flowers with a blue teddy bear inside holding a small white box. he took the box away from the teddy bear and open it. he could feel his tears forming at the corner if his eyes threatening to fall again. it's a ring. a ring that he always saw hyunjin wear everywhere
he take out the ring and wear it on the same finger hyunjin wore. he look at his finger and smiled at the ring. he will surely treasure it.
