10. Love isn't real

Hey everyone! I want to thank you all so much for over 200 votes on this book! I'm glad that you like it :) also, I wanted to point out that I labeled the previous chapter as '8. Fixing' I meant to write it as '9. Fixing' but I can't be bothered to change it because you know 😂😂 well, i'll let you get on with reading now 😂.

Jorge POV

"You what Tini?" Someone asked.

Oh shit...

I turned around to see Lodo standing by the door with an astonished expressions written all over her face.

"I-I..." I stuttered.

"Did you just say, you love Tini?" She asked.

"N-noooo, pffft. Why on earth would I say that?!" I lied.

"Oh, er sorry. I thought that you said that you love her."

"No, never, how could I? I mean she's my best friend! Friends don't fall in love." I explained.

"Yah, suree." Ruggero butted in as I elbowed him in the ribs.

"Ok then... I need to stop coming into your room..." Lodo said walking out.

"Dude!!" Ruggero shouted. "WHY DID YOU DO THAT!" He shouted once again waving his hands in front of my face.

"Do what?" I asked innocently.

"Don't play dumb with me. Why did you say that you didn't love Tini?"

"Because I don't." I simply stated.

"Oh yeah suuure. Because that's so what you were telling me five minutes ago." He dragged on.

"Fine, fine ok. I do love her."

"YES!" He cheered.

"But i'm not completely sure.." I wondered.

"Your joking my fucking arse off right?"

"No, I mean. I can't remember what this sort of love feels like. I don't know what to do." I started. "And what if she moves on from me huh? Then our friendship would be ruined. Friendships are forever, relationships at this age are not Rugge." I explained.

"Look buddy, i'm gonna give you the best advice I can give you right now. And that is to tell Tini how you feel because it's evident she feels the same. Because of her whole freaking out thing."

"You know, maybe you're right. I just gotta play it cool ya know. Be me."

"If you said you're gonna 'play' it cool, how is that you my friend?" He asked teasingly as I once again elbowed him in the ribs. "Ow! Ok, ok I'll stop!" He moaned.

-----TIMESKIP----

Ey heyyy, it's Monday. How am I gonna tell Tini. Urgh I'm so nervous, whyy?! Oh there she is!

Her perfect chestnut and blonde hair swinging sideways making every step that she takes so memorable. Her perfect hazel eyes shining in the light, cheesy, I know, but true. Her weak little arms clutching her books as she approached her locker, I feel the need to protect her, hold her, love her.

I walked up to her as she placed each of her books in her locker.

"Hey Tini, can we talk?" I asked, nervously.

No reply... Ok then.

"Hellooo!" I said. "Earth to Tini." I waved my hand back and forth for me to grab her attention. She abruptly turned her head towards me.

"What do you want?" She asked, angrily...

"I need to talk to you." I demanded.

"I'm listening."

"Ok, Tini. I'm sorry for what you had to see on Saturday. I never meant for you to see it. I was trying to forget about my feelings because I thought it was a distraction. But now I realise that what I feel is real. And I don't want to let this feeling go. I feel the need to protect you, hold you, love you. So, Martina Stoessel, will you go out with me?" I asked, sooo nervously.

"No." She plainly said, with no emotion.

"What?!" I bursted out.

"I said no." She repeated.

"What?! Why??" I said getting annoyed.

"Because you hurt me. And you're not exactly the trustworthy type as I unfortunately witnessed on Saturday." She said putting her hands on her hips.

"B-bbut." I stuttered.

"And I certainly don't need any protection from anyone. Excuse me." She walked past me, scraping my shoulder as she walked. How? I thought that she loved me too. Was I wrong? I can't believe that I for a second thought that love was real. Love isn't real. It's the dumbest thing in the world. It just leaves people lonely an makes them feel unappreciated. Well i'm done now. She already made her decision it's not my problem anymore...

Well everyone! I'm sorry for the short chapter. I'm hoping that he next few chapters will be full of events and drama!! Thank you for reading, but this was a seriously boring chapter... 😂😂
