15. Forgiveness

Tini POV

I can't just let Jorge get beaten up by Peter. Even though he hates me, I still love him. He just doesn't understand that what I'm trying to do is protect him. But what Peter's doing is not part of the deal. I pushed Peter aside a second.

"What the fuck are you doing? Killing him was not part of the deal we made." I shouted, whispering.

"Yeah well, I decided to change my mind. You know, criminals are known for not following the rules Tini dear." He said in a fake-ass gentle tone.

I couldn't let Peter kill Jorge. I need to do something. Ok. Put some trust into yourself Tini.

"Hey Peter can I see that gun?" I asked.

"Sure." He said casually as he handed the gun over to me. Ha, stupid...

"This is for threatening me." I shouted as I pulled the trigger, aiming at his leg, causing him to fall to the ground as he squealed in pain.

I ran over to Jorge's cage and pressed the button to unlock it and ran our of the warehouse, not forgetting Lodo and Diego of course. We all ran to the building opposite and shut the door as we panted, each of us out if breath.

"What the fuck was that?" Jorge asked, still breathing heavily.

"I thought you hated me.." I said as I looked down at the ground.

"Of course, I could never hate you. Well, I'm gonna be honest, at first I did, but then I saw the worry in your eyes when you looked at me, and that's when I realised something was up." Jorge said, resulting in me smiling like a doofus and hugging him like there was no tomorrow.

"I love you so so much." I said squeezing him tightly.

"I love you too angel." He said. I have to admit, I know this is cheesy, but I love it when he calls me his angel.

"Uh hum." Diego coughed as we turned to look at him.

"Diego buddy. I'm so glad you're alright man." Jorge said bro-hugging him.

"Yeah. I don't even know why I was in business with that son of a bitch. I'm sorry Lodo for dragging you into this. I knew that I could try and get you out, I just needed the money for my family." Diego sighed as he kicked a stone on the floor.

"Diego." Lodo said as he looked up at her. "I love you too." She ran up to him and embraced him with a hug, that lasted for a good minute. Me and Jorge 'awwwd' as they pulled away from each other.

"Wait wait, hold up. You love her?" Jorge said surprised as he looked at Diego.

"Yeah man. That's why I never took part in your plans to help Lodo and Ruggero get together." He said as if it were obvious.

"Oh, hehe, whoops?" Jorge said.

"Um hey guys." Lodo stared. "If you didn't realise, we're still in this warehouse.."

"Oh yeah." Jorge said. "Um, why don't we just stay in here until we know the coast is clear!"

"Are you dumb?!" Lodo screamed.

"Well, I'm a straight A student in college, so no, I don't think so." Jorge remarked.

"Woah, what?! You're a straight A student?" I exclaimed, seriously surprised that Jorge, Jorge Blanco is a straight A student.

"Well duuuhhh.. They said I should've applied to Harvard or Yale but I doubt I would've gotten in." Jorge explained.

"Wait, you and Lodo are like top of the school then, how come neither of you applied for Harvard or Yale?" I asked, quite intrigued.

"Well, my plan wasn't to go to Harvard. It's because 1. I didn't get in." Lodo chuckled. "And 2. I get seriously homesick."

"Woaaahh, well, I didn't get into Harvard either." I laughed as I sat on the floor.

"Wait wait don't distract me Blanco." Lodo ordered. "I said we weren't staying here. We've gotta get back to campus." Lodo exclaimed.

"Chillax will ya." Jorge said. "Let me see where the car is and then I'll drive it to here so we can leave."

"Wait! I'm coming with you, you can't go out there on your own." I shouted after him.

"C'mon then woman." Jorge said as I whacked him with the palm of my hand.

"Wait." Jorge said as he stopped in his tracks. "There's still one thing that confuses me. How come Peter made you his accomplice?" Jorge questioned.

"Well, I guess I'll have to tell you." I sighed. "Basically, Peter texted me saying that Lodo and Diego were with him and that I had to bring you there in order to keep you safe. But when we got there he tried to kill you which was not part of the deal. He said that he had been following me around for a while now, enough time for him to figure out that we were dating. So his plan was to either kill you or leave you heart broken because of me. So I decided to keep you safe by putting myself through it. But then he twisted things around and it all got messed up." I rambled but took a deep breath. "I'm sorry. I should've told you, if I'm honest, I don't completely know the story of why Diego and Lodo were there but there you go." I explained out of breath.

"Tini, Tini it's alright. But you put yourself through some real danger. I know how Peter's dad can be and I'm sure that Peter is exactly the same. His and my fathers battle has now become ours and we need to fight it. But I would do anything to keep you out of it. I swear, I really don't want you to get hurt because of this dirty work. Please. Please Tini, my one request from you, is to stay safe. Stay away from these guys because now they're onto me and they're going to try and get me and my now inherited money to avenge his father's death." Jorge explained as he kissed my forehead. "I don't want to loose you too." He whispered, not meaning for me to hear.

"Jorge, I'm always here for you, no matter what. I'll always be with you." I said as I kissed him lightly.

"Aww." Someone said behind us. We turned around to be greeted by the one and only Peter Lanzani. "How cute, the college couple kiss." He said sarcastically, making me wanna kick his balls.

"What the fuck do you want Peter?" Jorge growled as he draped his arm over my shoulder.

"Same thing my father wanted Blanco. You and your money." He said creepily.. "You see, I have men everywhere. They could well be in your college or anything and you wouldn't have the slightest clue. I cam destroy you and everything precious to you, including your little girlyfriend here." He smirked as he looked at me.

"Look you twat. I'm gonna say this only once. Now read my lips. You. Cannot. Hurt. My. Tini." Jorge gritted between his teeth, making me blush at the fact he called me 'his Tini'.

"Yeah yeah ok lover boy. Like I'll listen to you. Now toodle doo." He said waving his hands as he shot the car when he walked away.

"Great." Jorge cursed under his breath. "Now how are we gonna get to school, he completely busted the engine with that fucking gun of his." He said punching the car letting his anger out.

"Jorge." I said putting my hands on his shoulders and he relaxed a little. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry for putting you through all this trouble. Just say the words and I'll leave you alone, but I don't want you to be put in danger because of me." I sighed.

"Tini." He said turning to face me. "Don't apologise. It's not your fault I promise you. There's something fishy going on around here and I'm going to find out what it is, no matter how dangerous. Because I want to keep us all safe before anything bad happens. This story is getting more confusing by the minute but I'm gonna find out." Jorge said determinedly.

"I love you, you know that?" I smiled at him.

"I love you too princess, more than you think." He said as he kissed my forehead.

Well hey guys! Sorry i haven't updated in a while. It's because on Saturday we celebrated Eid and then i just didn't have time. I'm not sure whether this chapter made sense or not? Lol...
