"Jimin! Hello? Jimin c'mon man, are you dead in there?"
The sound of a fist banging on his front door, along with the sound of a familiar voice awoke Jimin from his previously uninterrupted slumber. He groaned softly, rubbing his eyes before blinking a few times as his eyes adjusted to the room around him.
"Dude, maybe he's not home." Another familiar voice sounded from outside his apartment door, Jimin's tired mind confused and agitated as he settled into the situation around him.
He shifted his weight, realizing he had fallen asleep on his couch, and looked over sleepily at the body beside him when his arm brushed against someone else's. Jungkook still slept peacefully beside him, vibrant blue hair unruly and sticking up humorously as it fell against his head. He was curled up onto Jimin's couch in what looked to be a pretty uncomfortable position - with one leg stretched off the couch and his face smushed into a pillow, but he slept as if it was the most comfortable place he had ever laid his head.
He looked so peaceful, soft breaths slipping past his pierced lip.
Jimin's tired mind had forgotten for a few moments as he woke up that Jungkook had slept over, memories of the night beforehand playing themselves back for him as he observed the male on the couch next to him. After their talk in the kitchen, he and Jungkook graduated to sitting in the living room, Jimin's television still on from playing a movie neither of them had really paid attention to. His acoustic guitar still lay on the ground beside them as well as proof that Jimin had played him a few melodies as the the taller male listened in awe.
It was honestly an unexpectedly good time together. Just the two of them, enjoying each other's company as the sun rose over Busan.
But of course, it couldn't last forever.
More bangs on his door finally had Jimin rising from his seat, sighing softly as he stretched his stiff muscles and cracked some of his joints. Jungkook stirred at the sound of the noise, his eyebrows furrowing together before he buried his face even deeper into Jimin's pillow.
"Who is it?" Jimin finally called tiredly, letting out a yawn as he dragged his feet across the floor to his front door.
"Who do you think?" His more awake mind finally registered the voice as Taehyung's, and he sighed softly before unlocking the door and opening it. Sure enough, there Taehyung stood in the hallway along with Namjoon in tow. "Dude, do you know how long we've been knocking?" He asked, crossing his arms over his chest and leaning against Jimin's doorframe.
"Probably long enough to get some complaints from my neighbours." Jimin answered, his voice still raspy from just waking up.
Taehyung smiled sheepishly before looking to Namjoon.
"Sorry in advance if they do." He laughed. "But in my defence I tried calling you and got sent to voicemail like fifty times. Plus it was actually Namjoon's idea to come here in person."
Namjoon merely shrugged, meeting Jimin's tired eyes and chuckling softly.
"Well, it's not my fault that you seemed to have slept through the band practice we planned." He chimed in, watching as shock slowly settled onto Jimin's face.
Band practice. He had completely forgotten. Before his shift last night him and his bandmates had made plans to practice together at Namjoon's house today at four o'clock. Jungkook popping back into his life had really thrown a wrench in his plans, because he had completely forgotten about that before he had brought the taller male to his house at four thirty in the morning.
Wait a minute. What time was it now?
"What time is it?" Jimin repeated the question that had just echoed in his mind, bringing a hand up to attempt to smooth down his undoubtedly unruly bed-head. He knew that him and Jungkook hadn't fallen asleep until the early hours of the morning, but he really usually wasn't someone to sleep in so late.
