Omega woke up not that long ago and was busy talking to Hunter.

Harper didn't sleep much that night, none of them really did. Wrecker's been a lot less himself ever since it. But good news is that his arm doesn't hurt anymore.

Echos been flying the Marauder with Tech lately. They're a good duo together.

Harper's missing her duo...

Why is no one bringing this up? We have to speak about this. We can't just ignore it and keep pushing this subject back. Harper thinks.

"Guys," Harper says getting there attention. They look at her. "We have to do a rescue mission for Crosshair."

"It's too dangerous, Harp." Hunter says walking towards her.

"But—" Harper starts.

"No, Harp. It's too dangerous, I'm putting my foot down." Hunter says. Anger flows through her facial expressions.

"But he went back for me when I was captured once, we should do the same!" Harper says.

Hunter walks in front of her then puts his hand on her shoulder and looks at her in the eyes.

"I know this is hard but even if we did go back to him he wouldn't want to come. He made his decision." Hunter says and sadness cover Harper's facial expression.

"But....we don't leave our own behind..." Harper says with glossy eyes.

"We're not, when the times comes we'll come back for him. He's strong he can handle himself." Hunter says trying to make her feel better.

"We should go back for him, right?" Omega asked, all eyes turn to her.

"It was just his inhibiter chip, he didn't have a choice." Omega says.

"See? She sees it." Harper says.

"Harper, I want to go back for him too but Hunter's right." Wrecker sadly agrees.

"Of course you agree with him." Harper mumbles underneath her breath.

"I do have to agree with them, it was his inhibitor chip that activated." Tech says walking up to them.

"No, it's too dangerous." Hunter says in a firm tone.

Harper frowns then walks away to the other room away from them all. She shuts the door then hides her head behind her knees. After some time she lightly heard the door slowly begin opening.

"Go away! Please." Harper says without looking up.

"Oh-uh-it's just me." A voice says and she barely looks up. She saw it was Omega.

Omega waved.

"What do you want?" Harper asked.

"I was just worried about you." Omega says and sits down beside her.

"You don't need to. Now go please." Harper says.

"I get it." Omega says.

Harper lifts a brow then looks at her.

"I know you and Crosshair had a close bond and I'm sorry I took his place." Omega says. Harper stays silent.

"But, I agree we should go back for him. As you guys say "we don't leave our own behind" right?" Omega and Harper hold eye contact for a couple of seconds.

"Agreed. Im going back for him and I'll let you come." Harper says with a nod.

"Really?!" Omega says excitedly.

"Shhh, we can't let the other hear."

"Oh, Right. Sorry."

"It's fine. Alright, we have to be slick. In the middle of the night when everyone is asleep we can go and find a spaceship then go get Crosshair."

"Won't it be dangerous?"

"But it's worth it. And if you're too scared to do it you can stay here with your "brothers" and I'll go by myself."

"No, no, no, I want to go with you. I'll be by your side don't worry."

"Good, remember don't bring this up."

"Right,"

Omega stands up then walks out of the room, after some time Harper walks out too.

"Hi Harper." Wrecker says.

"Wrecker." Harper nods as a greeting.

"I—uh—heard what you mumbled earlier and uh," Wrecker scratches the back of his neck. "I'm sorry that I agreed with Hunter. I wanna go back for Crosshair but he does have a point."

Harper keeps her gaze towards the ground until he's done speaking then looks back up at him.

"Yeah, I get it Wrecker." Harper says with a forced smile.

"Ha! I knew you would get it!" Wrecker hits her shoulder softly. She slightly smiled and he chuckled then walked away.

Harper heard Omega speaking to Tech and Echo.

"Where are we heading now?" Omega asked.

"Technically we don't have a landing destination yet but that will soon be figured out." Tech says and Omega nods.

Harper heard footsteps behind her then looked over her shoulder and saw Hunter. She gave him a slight glare.

"Crosshair taught you that look." A faint smile across Hunters face slightly.

"What ya want?" Harper asked in a sour way.

"To check up on you." Hunter says calmly.

"I'm fine, I don't need you to look out of me anymore. I'm literally 16."

"Exactly. I'm always going to look out for you, it's what I do."

A voice cuts there conversation off. It was Tech.

"We found a destination. We need you to make the decision, Hunter." Echo says.

"Coming." Hunter says and Harper follows.

Everyone was in the front of the ship.

Omega saw Harper and slightly nodded her head. Harper acknowledged it then eventually nodded.

"It's good Echo. Go there Tech." Hunter said after analyzing it.

"That is what I'm trying." Tech says slightly sassily.

———-On the planet———-

"Woah, this planet is so pretty." Omega said with a wide smile.

"Eh, I've seen better." Harper says from the back of the group. All eyes turn back to her.

"What?" She asked.

"Don't be like that." Hunter said and she rolled her eyes.

"Let's continue on." Hunter says to his squad.

"I agree," Tech starts typing on his data pad. "I suggest we hurry on because there's a whole researched essay about the creatures that come out at night."

"Ha! A couple animals don't scare me!" Wrecker says

"But heights do, huh?" Harper snickers.

"Hey! They're terrifying!" Wrecker said as he hit her shoulder.

"No, they're fun." Harper says.

"Oh really? What about you being afraid of being alone, huh?" Wrecker said and the smile on Harper's face disappeared.

"Wrecker, don't joke about that." Harper says and Wrecker shrugs.

"You started it, I was just finishing it." Wrecker continued on and Harper gave a mad expression behind Wrecker.

"Come on," Echo said.

"Yeah, yeah." Wrecker and Harper mumble.

"Coming!" Omega said excitedly then ran to catch up.
