"I can't fucking believe you are right here eye-fucking each other when we are on a fucking mission!" Yoongi grunted out of nowhere, making Seokjin push Hoseok away and escape his cage immediately.
"We found the creek where Jungkook found Jimin, but you were taking a long time to arrive, so we decided to come to see what was taking so long," Taehyung explained in a softer tone, embarrassed to have interrupted something that looked suspicious, to say the least.
He was shocked that his friends were intimate with each other, as Yoongi stated. They didn't look like they had sex or that they were about to, but it surely seemed like they were close to kissing.
Taehyung's eyes trailed toward Yoongi as he bit his bottom lip. Wasn't it abnormal that alpha's got involved with each other? Why wasn't it fazing Yoongi as much as it was fazing him?
"We just stopped to rest," Seokjin explained, quickly hopping on his horse after untying the reins from the tree.
"Right, rest." Yoongi scoffed, turning his horse around. "Let's go while we still have any light left."
The four trotted onwards to the creek Jungkook had mentioned, where he found Jimin. From there, they were completely lost, but it wasn't until later on that a different scent tipped their sensible noses.
"Wait, I smell something," Taehyung said, sticking his nose up and sniffing harder. "Wow, I smell them."
"Them?" Hoseok asked, quirking an eyebrow.
"Yeah, it's definitely Jimin's cotton-candy scent... mixed with clean laundry and... musk?" Yoongi clarified after he too sniffed the air.
"It's Jungkookie's scent!" Taehyung excitedly stated.
"And Namjoon's..." Seokjin said, not so excited, as he furrowed his brows.
If the alphas' scent was this strong, it could only mean they were releasing lots of pheromones, and that only happened in a couple of situations: danger or-
"It reeks of sex!" Hoseok pointed once they started to ride towards the mixed perfume and finally found a cabin in the woods.
"What the fuck happened here?" Yoongi questioned himself as they jumped out of their horses and locked them side by side, Namjoon's and Jungkook's horses.
"Fuck is the keyword." Hoseok joked, but as soon as he saw the disappointment and sadness in the older alpha's eyes, he swallowed his laugh and gave him an apologizing look.
"This can't be! Kookie would never do this with Jiminie so quickly." Tae pouted, not wanting to believe in the idea of his best friend defiling the omega when they barely knew each other.
"Neither Namjoon." Yoongi frowned, taking a further snip of the reeked air. "Unless..." His eyes widened at the realization.
"Unless what?" Jin asked, looking demandingly at the shorter alpha.
