Evie is 12 years old
Scared of needles
Has no parents and foster sent her to a special hospital for punishment

Dr - come this way Evie and hop on the bed please. I saw on your records that you are due a few dentists and vaccines but before be do that I need to do a quick surgery on your stomach
Evie - what..... why...... are you going to use needles
Dr - we need to insert a tube so we can put medicine inside your stomach and fluids. We will use a fuel
Evie starts to get really scared
Dr - I'm going to get the nurse to come and insert an iv to relax you and then we will start

Nurse comes in
N - hello Evie
She lays the equipment on the table and gets the needle ready
N - ok Evie could you please make a fist
Evie ignores her
Evie - I don't like needles please don't do this
N - am I going to have to get someone to hold you down

N injects the medicine and then Evie relaxes

Dr comes in to take Evie to operation
Dr - ok Evie you will stay awake for this but hopefully you won't feel anything
Evie nods
Dr - I am going to insert an injection by your belly button ok I'm going to do it in about a minute
Dr cleans the area
Dr picks the injection and the needle is huge
Evie - plz don't put that in me it's really big it's going to hurt
Dr - it will be ok
Ok I'm going to start in 3 2 1
Inserts the needle just below belly button
Evie tries to move but can't
Evie - ah ah ah.... take it out please it burns
Dr pushes the needle further and injects medicine
Evie - ow ow ow..... stop it please
Dr takes needle out and does the same again but inside belly button
Evie - ow ow plz not there that really hurts..... ah ah ah
Dr - few more minutes
Adjust the needle positioning
Evie - ah stop moving the needle
Dr takes needle out of
Then grabs knife
Dr - I'm going to make a incision now you shouldn't feel anything
Dr makes the cut Evie doesn't feel it but he then makes a deeper cut and Evie feels it
Evie - ow ow that hurt don't make another cut plz
Dr - that doesn't hurt it's just pressure
Makes another cut and she scream
Evie.- ahhhhhh
Dr - right I'm going to insert the tube now
He does this and Evie screams once again
Evie - ahhh plz stop
Dr - right I'm done now just got to stitch it up
He stitches her up and sent her back to her room

Dr - ok Evie so we are going to do some procedures.... First I will give you an iud and import in your arm..... so I will start with the import, so give me your arm. Now do you want a injection or not
