Next day

Ben wakes up to the nurse standing over him with a tray of injections and he is in a hospital room

Nurse - morning Ben please turn over
Ben turned over and felt cold wipes on his bum
Then he felt the nurses hand then a big prick and a huge burn. This made Ben turn his head to see huge needles next to him and in his bum.
Nurse- turn your head please Ben.
Nurse slowly injected all 5 needle into Ben bum and then the doctor came in

Doctor - morning Ben I see you have taken your medicine nicely. You will be getting it in the evening too. So today you will be getting circumcised and be getting some tests today as well. But we will start a little later on in the day okay.

Ben went back to his room
Jake - how was the injections
Ben - painful
Jake - yup. Do you know what he is doing to you today.
Ben - yeah. Circumcised and tests
Jake - good-luck with that. Did he tell you what tests
Ben - nope. But does a circumcised hurt
Jake nodded yes
Ben - what do they do
Jake - so they start with checking it's the right size and then if not they give you a swelling reducer and then wait 10 minutes then give you a infection injection to prevent infection. after that a few more injections to numb you up and then you can't feel it after that. But they might do some tests to your penis before the circumcision. And might do some tests with your bladder. Now that is a lot more painful.
Ben - wonderful . can't wait

Few hours later
Nurse - Ben follow me please
Ben followed the nurse into a room with stirrups and lots of sharp equipment
Nurse - go on the bed please and take your trousers and pants off please
Ben did that and then the doctor entered the room
Doctor - hello Ben. Hope you had a nice rest. So first we are going to do some tests on your penis and bladder and then give your penis a break and do some cranium injection. And then the circumcision. And if you behave well you will be able to have a nice rest before your last day here. So let's start.

Doctor took a seat and got all the injection ready he was going to use.
Doctor - nurse can you strap him in please.
Nurse strapped your arms and head into the bed
Doctor - okay now let's start. So first I am going to inject 3 injections into your penis and then extract some tissues. So nurse first injection please

Nurse handed him the first injection and the doctor got hold of bens penis and stuck the needle straight through his penis and injected the medicine.
It burned the medicine but Ben couldn't say a word so he just had to close his eyes and bite his lip
Doctor- right next injection please nurse
Nurse handed him the next injection and the doctor didn't waste anytime at all and injected it through the middle and then the doctor injected the last injection into bens penis
Doctor - right Ben we are all done with that, now nurse can you get me a biopsy needles to extract the tissue plz
Nurse went to go get the needle and empty syringe and came back with a huge long needle and a medium size syringe
Doctor- Thankyou so much
Bens eyes widened
Doctor - right let's get started
He quickly inserted it into bens penis without him knowing and Ben flinched in pain
Doctor- Ben don't move
The doctor pulled back on the syringe and tissue came out and caused Ben in a lot of pain

Doctor - right we are done with that, so what we are going to do now is take you into anyone's room for your cranium injections and come back in here after that dines for your bladder and circumcision.
Nurse can you take Ben to the other room while I go get ready
Nurse - yes sir

The nurse took Ben into another  room which contained about 30 average sizes injections
Nurse - Ben can you go lay in that bed there plz
He did that and she strapped him in with metal restrains from his head down
Doctor- okay now let's get started
The doctor started to inject bens head one by one and Ben was in agony.
The doctor was only on his 10 injection and Ben couldn't take it
About 10 minutes later the doctor was done and Ben was about unconscious

Doctor - right take him back into the room and set up the circumcsjon and badder injections

The doctor did the procedure while Ben was unconscious and took him back to his room
