New story

Name Ben
Age 9

Parents sent him to a hospital orphanage

Ben entered the hospital all alone with his bags
Nurse - ah you must be Ben. This way let's go to your room
Nurse took Ben to his room
Nurse - so Ben unpack you stuff you have 10 minutes and then we will take you down to the doctor
Ben - okay
Ben entered the room with 3 other people in there.
Jake, Ed and Tom
Jake - hey what's your name
Ben - Ben. What's yours
Jake - I'm Jake and that's Ed and he's Tom. What are you doing here you don't look ill
Ben - idk my parents sent me here.
Jake - do you miss school a lot because if faking illness
Ben - yeah why
Jake - that would be why. Your parents know your ill so they are punishing you. You will only be here for 3 days but it's will be painful
Ben - WHAT! Are you being serious
Jake - yup. I did that before and then I went home and then got sick and my parents sent me here for 2 months. I've got 2 weeks left and so does Tom and Ed
Ben - what sort of stuff do they do to you
Jake - well they will probably start with check up so they can just make up something. And then give you an enema maybe. Then a bit later in the day do a dentist check up. If you're not circumcised then they might do that to you as well. Erm tomorrow probably medicine and keep you in a hospital bed for 3 hours . I'm not sure on day three tho. Maybe a surgery. Whatever your parents signed you up for. But if you are naughty they give you a punishment.
Ben - is that what they did to you.
Jake - yeah they did
Ben - what sort of surgery do they do
Jake - idk depends on what they make up is wrong with you
Ben - do they put you to sleep
Jake - nope and they show you all the equipment as well . But they do numb you. But you may not do it as your parents may have not signed the form
Ben - okay.

Nurse entered the room

Nurse - Right Ben. Come please the doctor is ready
Ben - wish me luck
Nurse - Ben as soon as you step outside this door you are not allowed to speak do you understand
Ben. - yes

Ben followed the nurse into the doctors office
Doctor - hello Ben come sit on the bed please

Ben sat up on the bed and looked around to see no equipment
Doctor - so Ben please lie down so I can have a feel of your belly. As I heard you have been having some stomach pain for some time.
Doctor felt Ben belly.
Doctor- okay Ben sit up please. Nurse can you get the first and second equipment please
Nurse - yes sir

Nurse came back with a needle and syringe.
Doctor - okay Ben just a quick injection to start some medicine going into your body. Nurse can you go get the enema stuff plz(dr whispered so Ben couldn't hear)
Doctor picked the injection up and raised his sleeve
Doctor - okay Ben 3..2..1
Doctor inserted the injection and pushed the medicine in.
Ben didn't feel anything until he waited 5 minutes.
He felt his whole arm start to burn and ache but he couldn't say anything or he would get punished

The pain left after a minute
Nurse came in with a tray full of equipment but Ben can't see what it is as it's covered with some paper
Doctor- Thankyou so much. Right nurse can you turn Ben on his front please and pull his trousers down
Nurse - yes sir
She pulled his trousers down and held him down so he wouldn't move
Doctor - okay Ben so you will feel a bit of discomfort but it's fine. It won't last long.
Doctor picked the tube up and Ben turned his head to see how long it was
Doctor - Ben look straight on please I can have you see what's behind you or you will get a punishment.
Nurse tied Ben down with straps
Doctor - nurse can you spread his but apart plea
Nurse spread bens but apart and doctor inserted the tube slowly into bens bum
Ben found it extremely uncomfortable and tried to move but the traps stopped him
Doctor - Ben don't move it's almost in.
Doctor get the tube in and starts the enema
Ben feels warm liquid following into his stomach

Ben starts to  cramp
Doctor- okay Ben so we wait 10 minutes and then you go to the toilet. Go back to your room and then you will have a dentist check up. That's the schedule for today
Ben nods in pain and discomfort.

10 minutes later the doctor take it out and Ben goes back to his room.

Jake - how was it
Ben - not good. He gave me an injection and my arm was burning like hell for like a minute straight and then he gave me an enema which was the most uncomfortable thing ever.
Jake- oh dear I think you are having the same treatment as Tom. So you will have 5 injections morning and evening. Circumcised tomorrow. I think some other tests tomorrow and then last day an enema and surgery.
Ben - great. Sounds like fun . Also what punishment do they give you if you talk
Jake - they give you one of those burning injection every 5 minutes for a whole two hours
Ben - really that's harsh
Jake - yup

Few hours later it's Ben dentist appointment

Btw doctor is also a dentist but in this appointment I am calling him dentist

Dentist - right Ben come take a seat and lie back please
Dentist has a look at bens teeth.
Dentist - okay so nurse looks to me we need 4 injection and some pliers please. Yes Ben we need to take out 4 teeth
Ben nods in sadness

Nurse enters the room with 4 over sized  injections
Dentist - Ben open up please
Dentist inserts first needle and Ben winces in pain. He pushed the needle aggressively into the gums and slowly injected the medicine.
It burned in his mouth and tears start to form
Dentist - Ben you better wipe those tears away or you will get a punishment
Ben wiped them away but they just kept coming back
Dentist finished with the first needle and did the rest. Ben was covered in tears. The injections were next level pain and Ben couldn't stand it

Dentist - right okay now let's pull the teeth
He started yanking at them and all came out quite easily
Dentist- Ben we are all done with your teeth. Now this is your first warning or next time you cry or make sound there will be a punishment.
Ben nods his head
Dentist - good i will see you tomorrow early in the morning for your medicine
