Betrayed By A Reed

It's been 2 weeks since I became undead. I'm still I the hospital but today's the day I get released. The day after everthing happened Hawk and all my uncles sat me down and told me that my dad had pased away. I cried more knowing I won't ever see him again.
I'm now worried at where I'll go I'm still a kid. Petting on Hex and Killer a women in a suite comes in " hi Colt I'm Hillary and I'm with social services" oh shit. I know for one she shouldn't be here I know someone in the Reed family got custody of me and I know the Duvares respect that. " I'm here to take you with me so let's get you dressed and ready to go, you'll have to leave the dogs here hunny" I don't say anything thinking. Theres no way there's not a MC men in this hospital Hawk takes protecting me very seriously. I pat Hexs side and give the command to find. He jumps off the bed and runs out of the room startling the women. Hopefully he understands to find my family or a biker. " well that dog was rude, come on dear let's get you packed and dressed " " I'm not going with you. I have a family and they are taking me home"  " I'm sorry dear your a ward of the state now" Killer growls as I become angrier. As I'm about to give this lady a pice of my mind Hex comes dragging a prospect into my room " get Hawk here now" I tell him and he nods getting out his phone and walking back out of the room. The lady pays no mind and starts gathering my belongings into a bag she brought. Giving Killer the grab command he jumps off my bed and grabs the bag right out of the lady's hands with a growl and brings it to me. " you need to leave Hillary your not welcomed here" she scoffs at me I now know something is off. Shes not with the state. " I want to see the papers that say I'm a ward of the state" she gets a paniced look on her face the trys to run out the door. "RUSH" I tell the dogs and they rush to her growling and nipping the lady runs to the bathroom and closes the door " don't let her leave boy. Good dogs good dogs" I tell my best friends. After 10 minutes Hawk comes running in looking paniced " what's wrong Colt the prospect called said it was an emergency" " took you long enough, a lady came in here saying I was a ward of the state and tried to take me with her I asked for the paperwork saying I am a ward of the state and she paniced tried to run so I ahd Hex and Killer stop her she locked herself in the bathroom shes not going anywhere" he growls going to the bathroom opening the door and sighs " shes dead" he says I'm shocked " looks like she was pumped full of drugs and had only a certain amount of time to get you and get the antidote she over dosed" I sigh " I'll call someone to come clean this up let's get you discharged"

Sitting in the truck with Hawk and my dogs I turn to Hawk. " what's going to happen to me now where am I going to live who's going to my my parent" Hawk sighs " well Colt leagly I'm your parent. But us Reed brothers are leaving it up to you, we had a chat about your late into the night. We all would be hounnerd to be your parent. And we know Lorenzo will always be your dad. So the choice is yours" I sit in silence for a bit " what about the houes and dad's bike" Hawk smiles at me " it's all yours you dad left everthing to you" wow ok " give Uncle Dakota the houes I don't want to live there with out dad. And the property it'd on to. I'll pack dad's things up and what I want and he can have the rest I realy only want dad's things and my guns" Hawk nods " I'll help you pack his stuff up if you want" I nod. " can I have a day to think pleas" " of corse hunny you can stay at the club houes as long as you like you don't have to go back to school till next year I talked to your principal and your above your grade smarts wise so you'll be just fine for next year" I nod again.  We pull up the the Club house and I get out with my dogs to be greated by the hole dam MC I smile as I'm give hugs and pats on the back. I finally make it to dad's old room entering Hex and Killer jump on the bed and lay down I walk around running my hand over his things seeing a chest at the end of his bed I open it and see it's filled with things. I pull out his prospect Kutt I rub my hand over his name patch " Devil" I chuckle my dad was no devil he was an angle. My angle.
I looked around the room for a while then ended up falling asleep. Waking up around 3am to a nightmare. Heading downstairs to the main room of the Clubhouse. I find is empty. I go behind the bar and get myself a soda and then sit at the bar with Hex and Killer at my feet.

The door to the Clubhouse opens and in walks a drunk Dallas " C C Colt how miss you" he slurs at me I shake my head at his drunkenness he walks over to me " you it's your fault my baby brothers dead you you should never have become a Reed" he yells at me. Tears go down my face and the next thing I know my own uncle slaps me in the face i fall off the bar stool to the ground Hex and Killer jump up taking Dallas to the ground " no come" I tell my dogs as I hold my bloody nose. Standing up with a wobble I grab hexs collar " Hex take me to my room pleas" I tell my dog " you Dallas Reed are an asshole I understand your pissed that Lorenzo is dead but he was my family to but you you are no longer my family I Colt Duvare hate your Dallas Reed your just like my mother an abuses ass" I cry as I run upstairs with Hexs help.
