Addison : Hi good morning! How did you sleep last night?
Carina: I'm all packed up and ready to go... I slept okay... I sleep better when I'm in my own bed next to my sexy gorgeous wife.. and with a precious little bambino in the middle of her and I ... he's sometimes on my chest... but yea ! And you?
Addison and Amelia : we slept good too thanks.
Carina: wonderful, so how long before we're heading back home?
Addison : uhhh an hour and a half tops.
Carina : what?
Addison : I'm kidding.. we'll be ready in fifteen minutes tops !
Carina: thank goodness you were kidding because you know how much I hate leaving my pregnant wife alone with our children...
Addison : yea. I know ! And next convention I will go by myself with Ella and Nancy !
Carina: ohhh that would be perfect... I promised Maya to be there for her with the rest of her pregnancy and I want to honour that promise to her.
Amelia : yea that's understandable! Alright ladies who's ready to go home?
Carina: ohhhh melia ! You know I am ! Can I not drive! I have a lot of milk in my breasts and I need to get some milk out before we get home and it's a three hour drive from here to Seattle !
Addison : that's totally fine Carina ! Don't worry about it.
Carina: alright thank you for letting me sit in the back seat.. and don't worry I will take my nursing cover sheet with me so you or other people on the road won't see me top less !

**Addison , Amelia and Carina are now leaving the hotel and heading back home.. they will be back home in three hours, three hours and a half tops ! **
Carina: apparently Niccolas has been super duper sick while I was gone and I'm really tired of leaving my kids and wife, I want and need to be the perfect and best wife to my pregnant wife, if it wasn't for my age I would be the pregnant one right now and I know how to deal with the aches and pains and random baby kicks here and there, but Maya she's new at this pregnancy thing, with our precious boys she's never really been this exhausted as she is now... and I know I'm doing my job well to go to these conventions here and there but I really love being an stay at home momma ... once in a while I'll see a regular patient of mine at my clinic but I'm also loving this paid absentee leave... so I'm really thankful for you Addison , for giving me the opportunity to do that.
Addison : I'm so happy to give you that opportunity, and has Maya told you what made Niccolas sick ?
Carina: no, she only said that his breathing was a little shallow and that he wasn't eating much, we started giving him some apple sauce and yogurt but he refused to eat those during the two days that we were giving the grieving speech to parents at the convention ...
Amelia : I'm sorry that he's sick every now and then Carina , it must've not be easy for you or Maya , and the rest of your beautiful children... I'm sure he's going to be fine once he's in your arms again...
Carina : thank you Amelia , I really hope it's nothing too serious because I'm not going to survive losing another child... aye aye !
** When Carina got home, she came to the living room and immediately picked Niccolas up and she hugged him and put him in the baby carrier and his breathing was back to normal and she later tried to give him apple sauce and smashed bananas and he ate them all up ! It really reassured her. **
Maya : he missed you, we all did babe!
Carina: I missed you all too and I'm not going anywhere . I told Addison. I didn't like being away from my family when my children were sick and I wasn't being a good enough person, wife not being there for you with your pregnancy and I told her that I would have been the one carrying Charlotte in my stomach if it wasn't for my age...
