It was almost 6 o'clock and I was ready to go HOME.
"Bring them in," I said sitting back in my chair
Footsteps entered and I saw my client Daniel aka Dthang. He is a rapper that was on trial for capital murder. I'm taking a big risk by defending him and trying to prove him innocent.
He stood in my doorway with all black on and his chains shining in the light.
"What are you going here? It's late," I said
"Came to talk," Dthang said
"Talk? Talk about what?" I asked
"My case of course. I wanna know if you can get me off free?" Dthang asked
Is he serious?
Of course I can get him acquitted of all charges. I have a very good win column.
"You know I can or else you wouldn't have called me to be your lawyer," I smirked
"You better be right," Dthang said rubbing his hands
I didn't feel scared around him like other people did. If anything I felt honored that I was around a highly talked about person. Everyone in the office talked about Dthang. Saying he was a menace but I don't see it.
I got up from my chair and sat on my desk in front of Dthang. He bit his lip and took his sunglasses off.
He wasn't intoxicated this time which was very surprising but I let it slide.
"When you win, what's gonna be my present?" I asked crossing my arms
"I think we all know what you want," Dthang said leaning up in his chair

He really thinks I want him. Funny. Very funny 🤣🤣🤣
"I don't want you. I would not destroy my own future for you," I said
"You can lie all you want but you and me both know that you want me," Dthang said
"This conversation is over," I said
Dthang stood up and placed both hands down on my desk. He getting closer and I could feel his lips brush against my skin.
I had goosebumps as he moved his hand to my cheek.
