"Tonight, for dinner, we are going out!" Zoro announced, and the boys cheered happily.
After those few complicated weeks, they all needed a break. He wanted to apologize to the guys for everything that happened. He knew that it hurt them. And he couldn't stop, but he felt guilty about it. Even if the boys tried to hide it. He could see the guys being sad to have come earlier from their holiday, and he knew that Usopp and Chopper missed Nami and Sanji. Luffy, on the other hand, was mad at him for allowing Sanji to talk to him a few days ago. Now was the time to make up for all of that. So, he thought about it, and what better surprise than taking them to whatever restaurant they want? He promised himself that whatever the restaurant they chose, whatever the price would be, they would go. They all need to have a fun and happy moment all together. They need it.
"Can we go eat a lot of meat?" Luffy asked with stares in the eyes.
"Of course, you three choose the restaurant that you want."
"Can we go to the restaurant we saw last time? The one with a fish head and a form of a boat?" Luffy begged, and Zoro tried to remember, but he couldn't figure out which restaurant he was talking about.
"Oh yeah, the food seemed so good!" Chopper's mouth was already watering.
"And the smell!" Usopp completed. The three young people looked at each other with big smiles, liking this idea. The choice was made. Zoro still didn't remember the restaurant at all. It vaguely reminded him of something, but nothing more.
"I think it's all settled. But do you know where it is?" Zoro asked.
"Yeah, I can lead the way, don't worry, Zoro, you won't be lost for once." Luffy laughed with the other two.
"I don't get lost." Zoro crossed his arm on his chest, but the guys already left the room for them to get ready.
Zoro went into his room to get ready, too. He took a green shirt and some black pants which highlighted its curves. He looked in the mirror he got in his room. He had bags under her eyes and had lost some weight since he came back from the holiday. The shirt was too big, and the pants were falling from his hips. The stress was eating him, but not only that, he came back to his old habits of not eating a lot and leaving all the food for the guys. For the moment, he had money because Sanji still sent him the cash, but he knew sooner or later that he would stop, and he needed to be prepared for this day. So, he tried to save a maximum of money.
After fixing a little of his hair, Zoro finally got out of his room and called for the youngest.
"Guys, are you ready?"
The three boys arrived all dressed. Usopp had changed out of his overalls into a brown T-shirt and jeans. Chopper had put on a white and yellow striped t-shirt that he only took out on special occasions. As for Luffy, he was still wearing his famous red shirt but had opted for a black pantsuit. They finally left the flat and went to the restaurant.
The trip wasn't that far, maybe 20 minutes of walk. But that was only because Luffy was leading the way and not Zoro, who would get lost several times during the trip if it wasn't for Chopper and Usopp.
They finally arrived in front of the restaurant, Luffy didn't wait and opened the door violently. The customers, who were already enjoying the food, stopped to gaze at them. Even the waiters stopped what they were doing to stare at them. Zoro looked around, and now he remembered the restaurant. Everyone was in fancy clothes, with dresses or suits. They stood out in such a sophisticated restaurant.
"HEY! I came to eat; the smell was delicious!" Luffy screamed while no one in the room had moved.
Zoro sighed; he'd bet his life that he was going to be thrown out in a few minutes. People kept staring at them. No one moved, and Luffy stared at the waiters. What were they waiting for to come to greet them?
