Author's Pov:

She was completely clueless when Jungkook asked her to take her out on a date,she could feel butterflies in her core dancing and her heartbeat racing fast.

This all is happening in reality?
It's not a dream,right?

Excited,and all the emotions running in her gut,she quickly picked up her phone,telling her bestfriend Anna about it.

She has been telling Anna Everything,and she even informed her about the marriage thing. However, Anna was not okay with her decision of saying No to him,because when life gives you a chance,you must happily step forward to take it. And Y/N has been in love with Jungkook for years.

Maybe it was destiny?

That's what Anna said to Y/N.

And when Jungkook himself agreed to marry her, Anna's words echoed in her mind once again,and she doubted if it's really destiny?

She,hence said Yes too.

It was already 10 at night and they hadn't done their dinner either. Jungkook wasn't home as well. Maya had taken a leave for the rest of the day. She found out her daughter was pregnant and had to immediately leave.

Sighing,after her text was unread by Anna for a long she got up from her bed,where she has been laying down and doing nothing but texting Anna for hours. She made her way downstairs to the kitchen,where she was engulfed by the beautiful aroma of the food.

He was home.

Your POV:

He was in that same blue shirt along with the dark blue jeans he was wearing at the day time. Just the difference was,he had the apron tied around his waist.

Where are the other maids?

"I sent them back."his reply to my question made me realise I spoke my thoughts out aloud,admiring him for a little too while.

"Oh-okay." He was too focused on his cooking,but when I made my way towards him to help him,he turned the stove off before glancing at me.

"What should I do?to help you?"I offer for help but he just smiled,taking the crockery out from the cabinet.

"Just keep it on the table." I nodded my head and carefully placed the plates,bowls,cutlery and everything that was needed on the dining table.
"And?"
"Just sit down."

"Is there anything more I can help you with.?"I was embarrassed of passing my time on my Phone for hours when he was here, preparing for the dinner for both of us. I could have helped him.
