Author's Pov:
Y/N's eyelids fluttered, her mind begging her to stay in the darkness, to escape the pain that awaited her. But her body betrayed her, her eyes slowly creaking open like rusty gates. The light pierced through her pupils, illuminating the harsh reality she'd tried to avoid.
Her gaze fell upon the empty bed beside her, the sheets rumpled and cold. Jungkook's absence was a stark reminder of his rejection, his dismissal of her love and her worth. Tears streamed down her face, her body shaking with silent sobs.
She threw her arm over her eyes, as if blocking out the light could banish the heartache. But it was too late. The truth had already seeped into her soul, poisoning her with its venom. She was nothing but a discarded toy, a plaything for Jungkook's amusement.
The weight of his abandonment crushed her, leaving her gasping for air. Y/N's chest felt heavy, her heart aching with each beat. She knew she had to rise, to face the day, but her body felt leaden, anchored to the bed by her sorrow.
With a heavy heart, Y/N finally summoned the strength to sit up, her movements slow and labored. She wiped away her tears, her eyes red and puffy from crying. The silence in the room was deafening, a stark contrast to the laughter and whispers that once filled the space.
She swung her legs over the side of the bed, her feet dangling in the air. The floor beneath her seemed to have disappeared, leaving her feeling lost and disconnected. Y/N's gaze fell upon the clock on her nightstand, its ticking a harsh reminder of the time she'd wasted on Jungkook.
With a newfound determination, she rose from the bed, her legs trembling beneath her. She took her first step, then another, her movements tentative but resolute. Y/N knew she had to keep moving forward, no matter how daunting the journey seemed.
As she stood up straight, a glimmer of resolve sparked within her. She would not let Jungkook's betrayal define her. She would rise from the ashes, stronger and wiser.
As Y/N took her first steps towards healing, she felt a gentle flutter in her abdomen. Her hand instinctively went to her belly, a surge of love and protectiveness washing over her. The tiny life growing inside her, Jungkook's child, was a constant reminder of their complicated past.
She had thought that their love would last a lifetime, that they would raise their child together, surrounded by laughter and joy. But now, the future seemed uncertain, and Y/N was left to navigate the complexities of motherhood.
Despite the fear and doubt that crept in, she knew she had to be strong, not just for herself, but for the tiny life depending on her. She took a deep breath, her resolve hardening. She would raise their child with love, kindness, and grace, even if it meant doing it alone.
The thought of her child's smile, their laughter, and their tiny hands holding hers kept her going, pushing her forward into the unknown.
As she walked towards the bathroom to start her day, She caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror. Her eyes were puffy, her face pale, but her spirit was unbroken. She smiled, a small, determined smile, knowing that she would rise above the heartache, for herself and for the little one growing inside her.
Y/N's hands cradled her belly as she gazed into the mirror, her mind running into the imagination as how she would look with her baby bump in a few months. She whispered softly, "We'll get through this, little one. Just you and me, okay?" Tears pricked at the corners of her eyes, but she smiled through them, determined to create a bright future for her child.
As she began to prepare for the day, her mind raced with thoughts of the future. She knew she had to be strong, not just for herself, but for the tiny life growing inside her.
