9) To the stage.

***Andy's POV***

I put the finishing touches on my warpaint. Trailing a thin black line down the side of my cheek, making it look like a cross was on the side of my face.

I finally found my cell phone last night, but when I tried to call Lacey, her phone was turned off. I suspected that she was angry with me so I decided to wait until I came home to talk to her. This was the last show of the tour, anyway.

Ashley came over and patted me on my shoulder, and I shook my head and smiled. I was going to miss touring, but I had been missing my Dragonfly even more.

We exited the bus and instantly heard the cheers from the crowd. The Army never disappoints us, and tonight was no exception. We were playing an outside show again tonight, in Ohio, so the stars were clear and visible.

Our manager motioned toward us to start going onto the stage. It was Sandra, then Jake, then Jinxx, then Ashley, and finally me.

The same adrenaline came to me that I usually feel when Im on stage. When I got to the micrphone, I spoke proudly.

"We are the Black Veil Brides, from Hollywood California!" I yelled and the crowd erupted. "But if you didn't know, we were originally from a place called Ohio, I don't know if you knew about it!" I joked and the crowd got louder.

"This songs called Children Surrender!" I said and Jake & Jinxx started the song off with their guitars.

"Were born into the night, like children of the damned!

And our pain will shine a light to those who understand!"

The night went great after we got done playing a total of 7 songs from the album. The last song on the set list was Carolyn, one of my favorites.

Then it clicked in, I realized that Carolyn was the same song I played in that awful nightmare I had. The setting looked the same also, we were playing an outside show and it looked as if the grey clouds were going to give into rain.

I half expected Lacey to be out in the crowd like she was in the dream, so I glanced through the crowd of fans.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

She was actually there! In plain sight, barely standing out in a BvB T-shirt, black skinny jeans, and heavy eye-liner. She wasn't crying but her face did look sad. When she saw that I noticed her she gave a sad, bittersweet smile and waved slightly.

I was so excited to see her. A month without her was too much to handle, so as the guitar solo came up, I looked back at Ashley. I guessed he must have noticed Lacey because he gestured from me to her with the neck of his bass.

He wanted me to go down to her. I nodded and let Jake take the stage for the solo.

I half sprinted across the stage and glided down the backstage steps out into the crowd.

Some of the fans noticed me and tried to attack me, but I was tall enough to see over all of them to see Lacey trying to make her way past them.

I pushed through and finally found her. She jumped into my arms and I held her for a second before pulling her out of the caous. After we got away from the crowd, I leaned down and buried my face in her shoulder, stroking the back of my hair.

"I cant believe youre here!" I exclaimed. "You dont know how much I missed you. I love you." I said, holding her close.

But she didn't say anything. For a while she was silent until I felt tears on my shoulder.

"Whats wrong?!" I said, pulling back and wiping a tear from her face. "Why did you come all the way out here?"

"I need to tell you something important." She said. "Can we go somewhere to be alone?"

I nodded as my stomach sank. If this was anything like that dream I had, I had an idea of what she was going to say.

I took her back to the bus and sat down on the couch. I started to trail kisses down her jaw, but she shook her head and put her head in her hands.

"Baby, whats wrong?" I asked again.

She sighed and lifted her head up, slightly shaking.

"Whatever it is, you know you can tell me. I love you, okay?" I reassured her.

She nodded. "I know, and I love you too, but...."

"But what, babe?"

"I-im Pregnant."
