Oceana laughed at something Steven said as the families sat at the table.
"So, Cam. Can I call you Cam Cameron?" asked Jeremiah teasingly to the brunette. "Yes, fine," Cam laughed, "Cool," Jeremiah nodded. "I'm glad you're here Cameron. I know your mom, I've heard so much about you," Susannah said with a smile to the boy sitting next to Belly.
"Thank you, my mother sends her regards," Cam said politely. Laurel handed him some kind of soup. Laurel said there was no meat in it because Cam is a vegetarian.
"Why don't you eat meat?" asked Oceana curiously. "You sure do like to eat meat, especially Shane's," Taylor whispered teasingly. Oceana looked at her with a warning look as Taylor began to laugh softly. Jeremiah heard what Taylor said and snorted and turned his gaze back to Cam.
"The meat industry is one of the biggest causes of climate change. And I just love animals," Cam explained. "As long as you don't steal my leather jacket," Taylor laughed. "You mean my leather jacket," Oceana said as she looked at her friend. Taylor and Oceana laughed.
"Fake leather, you mean," Steven muttered. "Nope, real leather you Smeagol," Oceana said as she rolled her eyes. Jeremiah and Conrad chuckled at the nickname.
"But Belly eats meat. Will you let her kiss you with those lips?" asked Jeremiah as he raised an eyebrow. "Guys, stop," Belly said irritated as they started laughing. "I don't judge people who eat meat. It's a personal choice," Cam replied as he spread butter on his sandwich.
"So you don't mind that her lips touched a dead animal?" asked Jeremiah teasingly. Oceana kicked him in the shin. He looked under the table and raised an eyebrow as he looked at Oceana. Oceana shook her head as a sign for him to stop.
"Not at all, actually," Cam said as he leaned forward and gave Belly a kiss. Taylor and Oceana looked at each other with grins. "Aw," Susannah said as she ate her salad. Steven and Jeremiah began to fake gag.
"Belly is allowed to kiss, okay guys? But that's it," Laurel said while laughing as she pointed at Cam. "Mom, please. No more wine for you," Belly hissed embarrassed.
"Okay, I just don't get it. Why would you want to kiss someone who pooped once in the bathtub," Steven asked Cam. Oceana had to make an effort not to laugh. "I was two," Belly said angrily to her brother. "Two? Rather six," Steven laughed. Jeremiah nodded.
"Shut up, Steven!" snapped Belly. "I remember that, that was so long ago," sighed Susannah as she grabbed her wine. "I still remember Belly's story from last summer. That you two dared Steven to piss in the fireplace," Oceana said to get back at Steven.
Everyone started laughing. "The house smelled bad for days," Taylor added. Steven looked angrily at the two friends. "I blamed the neighbors' cat," Susannah said as she pointed behind her. "We were drunk," Steven said as he cleared his throat. "On half a White Claw?" asked Oceana teasingly as she raised an eyebrow.
"She's got you there," Jeremiah said as he looked at his best friend.
"Maybe we should go to Nicole's party," Belly said as she turned toward Taylor and Oceana. "Yes, I love you!" Taylor said enthusiastically.

The three girls left the table earlier to get ready for the party. Oceana was wearing a small white dress.
"My lashes are lashing so good," Oceana said happily as she applied her mascara. "They always do," Taylor said as she straightened Oceana's hair. "You look good with loose hair, Oce. Do it more often."
"Nah, slick back is more my thing, I guess," Oceana said as she put aside her mascara. Taylor rolled her eyes and looked at Oceana's hair with satisfaction.
"All done," Taylor said as she put down the straightener. "Thank you, you are an angel Tay Tay," Oceana said as she thanked Taylor.
Taylor grabbed the flower crowns and put them on Belly and her head. "Sorry, Oce. Don't want to ruin your hair," Taylor said as they walked down the stairs. "It's cool, that crown doesn't match my dress anyway," Oceana said as she shrugged.
"Hey, where are the guys?" asked Belly confused to Cam. "Oh they're already gone. Took too long according to them," he told her with a smile. "It only took us about a hour, jeez," said Oceana as she rolled her eyes. "I know," Taylor sighed.
"Whatever, shall we go?" asked Oceana. "Yeah!" shouted Taylor excitedly as the two walked ahead to Cam's car.
