"Hello, Jisoo?" Lisa greeted her, her voice tinged with excitement.

"Lisaaa!" Jisoo's voice came through the line, filled with excitement too. "I'm so sorry I missed your calls earlier. I was caught up in meetings all day. What's up?"

A wave of relief washed over Lisa as she heard Jisoo's voice, her earlier disappointment fading into the background. "It's okay, Jisoo. I have some amazing news to share with you!" Lisa exclaimed, unable to contain her excitement.

Jisoo's curiosity piqued, and she responded eagerly, "Tell me! What's the big news?"

With a wide grin spreading across her face, Lisa took a deep breath before delivering the news that would change both of their lives. "I've been offered a role in an upcoming drama, and guess who my co-star is? It's you, Jisoo! We'll be starring together!"

There was a moment of stunned silence on the other end of the line before Jisoo's voice erupted with excitement. "Oh my god, Lisa, that's incredible! Do you like my gift?!" she exclaimed, her excitement palpable even through the phone.

"Wait, what?? Gift?!" Lisa asked in a confused tone because, by now, she's completely blank about everything to process Jisoo's words correctly.

Jisoo laughed on the other side in her sweet, husky voice, and she said," Didn't I promise you that when I return, we'll do something special, and what could be more special than this!? So this is it!".

Lisa's expression transformed as she processed Jisoo's words, a mixture of disbelief and pure joy flickering across her features. Her eyebrows raised in surprise, her eyes widening slightly as she struggled to comprehend the enormity of the surprise. "Haha! To be honest, I didn't expect that you wouldn't be able to realize that it's all my decision, but I'm glad now, after hearing this excitement in your voice." Jisoo said as she laughed on the call, which made Lisa smile shyly.

Lisa could practically hear the smile in Jisoo's voice, the subtle shifts in tone and cadence betraying the excitement bubbling within her. There were moments of exuberant laughter interspersed with rapid-fire sentences, each brimming with anticipation.
