Hospitalized.

Leo.

I'm trying to wake my sweetheart, but I'm panicking right now and I don't even know why .

"Please sweetheart wake up" I plead holding her into my arms.

No I have to take her to the hospital.

"What's going on?" Angela asks as she comes into the living room, looks like she just woke up .

"Oh no, what happened to her Leo? Lia?"

"we have to rush to the hospital I think she just lost conscious" I say calmly not to alarm her.

I pick up Amelia from the sofa and went to my car, I put her at the back gentle, Angela will watch over her as I drive.

We finally arrive at the hospital and she's quickly taken in, we're waiting for an update right now which I think shouldn't have taken this long.

After thirty minutes or so a doctor comes our way.

"Amelia Black?" He asks looking at us

"Yes, doctor how is she?" Angela stands from her seat as she asks.

"Are you her family?" What the fuck ?

"Yes doctor I'm her sister and this is-" I cut Angela off .

"Her husband, now doctor how's she?" I ask with an intimidating look on my face, he's gonna piss me off if he continues with his useless questions.

"Oh sorry, she's fine, her body is just dehydrated and she suffered from a temporary low blood pressure, but she's okay now"

I let out a relived sigh, my sweetheart is okay, I guess she was stressed and in shock but that temporary low blood pressure does not sit well with me.

"Thank you doctor, can we see her?" Angela asks

"Yes she should be awake by now, please come this way with me." The doctor leads the way to Amelia's ward.

She looks so peaceful with her eyes closed, atleast colour is back on her rosy cheeks.
She opens her eyes as she feels movement around her.

"Ahh you're finally awake Mrs Black, how are you feeling?" The doctor asks as he checks her vitals and everything.

"I feel okay, water please" her voice is a bit raspy but very pleasing to my ears.

Angela gives her some water, she was very worried about her even thou she tried to be strong, I saw it in her face all the way while coming here.

"Here, you scared me Lia I'm so glad you're okay" she holds Amelia's hand in hers.

"Everything looks fine, I injected you with a medication to help increase your blood pressure, you'll have to drink enough water to avoid being dehydrated, also you're fit to go home I'll get you some forms to fill" after that the doctor leaves us with Amelia to get her discharge forms.

"Are you feeling okay?" Angela asks Amelia who just looks tired to me, but I'm glad she's okay really I was going mad seeing her unconscious and not responding.

"I'm okay, I'm sorry for scaring you" Amelia assures Angela, I love their relationship it reminds me of my mine with Damon.

The doctor comes back with some forms.

"Here are the forms, I hope you're gonna take care of yourself Mrs Black, but I know your husband and sister here will monitor your wellbeing" fuck, was it necessary to mention the husband thing?

"Husband?" Amelia asks confused, fuck fuck .

"Can we leave now doctor?" I ask preparing myself to help Amelia off the bed, I wanna carry her but I know she'll refuse so I'll just help her to walk .

" Uh sure, have a safe trip" finally, just hope my sweetheart will forget about this husband thing.

We reach Amelia and Angela's home, and I help my sweetheart out of the car.

"I'm sorry sweetheart"

"For what?"

"I'm the reason you went to the hos-" she cuts me off, I hate it when someone does this but just because it's her, I'll let it slide.

"It's okay, I was just shocked and way too stressed" she let's out a sigh

"I'm still sorry, everything else you wanna know it's in this file, if you need something or you wanna talk .. don't hesitate to call me, unfortunately I have to go now sweetheart" I hand her a file with everything I've found so far, I just hope some of them won't traumatize her or lend her back to the hospital.

"Thank you Leo, for this .. I'm sure it must have been hard for you to let me know but thank you, I'll read the file when I have rested enough, right now I'm just so tired I need to sleep" she gives me a small smile.

Fuck people my sweetheart is very beautiful, I wanna kiss her like my life depends on it.

"It's nothing much for my sweetheart" she blushes, what a cute sight to see

"Well, goodbye Leo" I stand there as I watch her disappear to her room .

"Bye Angela" she's looking at me in a weird way

"What are you Leo?are you safe for my girl?" She asks with a very serious look.

Oh fuck, has she figured something out already?

"I don't know what that means, but I'm a human, a business man and yes I'm safe, the person you should be worried about is Amelia's fake mom, Amelia needs you now more than ever.

I leave without waiting for what she has to say, I don't have time for this. I just hope she won't convince Amelia to stay away from me.
