Chapter Five:

[Group Message][From Hide][To Touka, Ayato, Kaneki, y/n]: Yo guys, you busy?
[Message][From y/n]: Just got home from work, so no.

[Message][From Hide]: Good!

[Message][From Kaneki]: I'm not busy either.

[Message][From Touka]: I'm free.

[Message][From Ayato]: Same here, why'd you ask Hide?

[Message][From Hide]: Let's all go see a movie!

[Message][From y/n]: But all the food is always so over priced...

[Message][From Hide]: We could go to someone's house instead

[Message][From Ayato]: Not my apartment or Touka's apartment, we're both getting work done currently.

[Message][From Touka]: Yeah it's like a war in there, damn construction...

[Message][From Hide]: Kaneki or y/n's house it is then.

[Message][From Kaneki]: We can use my house.

[Message][From y/n]: Really? Are you sure?

[Message][From Kaneki]: I would hate to inconvenience you.

[Message][From y/n]: Well okay then, thanks!

[Message][From Hide]: Lets meet in 15 mins. Sound good?

[Message][From Touka]: Okay!

[Message][From Kaneki]: See you there

[Message][From y/n]: Alrighty!

You grabbed your essentials: phone, charger, and purse. You slipped on your shoes and hoodie. The drive was pretty short, so you would probably make it on time. You knocked on the door and it was instantly opened, almost hitting you in the face.

"y/n!" Hide exclaimed, hugging you with a wide grin on his face. "We're just waiting for Ayato and Touka now!"

"It's nice to see you too Hide." You replied with a small laugh and smile. He led you inside and you plopped down on the couch.

"What type of pizza sounds good?" Hide asked you.

"Uhm... Anything is fine with me." You responded.

"Really?" He questioned, looking at you.

"Yeah, I always end up liking what everyone else wants." You replied.

"Alright. I know what Kaneki, Touka, Ayato and myself want so all I had to do was ask you. I'll go order." He stated, pulling his phone out of his pocket and walking to the kitchen.

"Thanks!" You exclaimed, leaning back on the couch and relaxing. You closed your eyes for a bit until you felt a weight hit the sofa next to you. Your eyes shot open but you relaxed when you saw who it was. "Oh hey Kaneki!" You stated cheerfully.

"Hey." He responded, grabbing the tv remote and quickly flipping through channels. "There's never anything good these days." Kaneki muttered.

"What movie are we gonna watch?" You asked.

"Maybe something horror, but knowing Hide, he'll make us change it to Lion King or something..." He replied, making you laugh.

"Hey don't diss the Lion King, it's a fucking awesome movie!" You exclaimed, lightly hitting him on the arm.

"My favorite part is when his dad gets run over by a stampede." He retorted sarcastically.

The doorbell rang. "You're a terrible person." You exclaimed and hit him on the head before heading to the door. "Ayato! Touka!" You said cheerfully, ushering them in.
