Getting revenge

I woke up furious still mad from what happened. I had a plan to get Ashton back, but if it didn't go exactly as planned it wouldn't work. I had to talk to Luke to get it to work. He has had a crush on me since kindergarten and I could get him to do anything for me. It's not bad, it's just using what your provided.

Once I got to school I immediately found Luke. "Hey Emma!" He shouted down the hall when I walked in.

I waved back "Luke can you do me a favor please! It has something to do with getting revenge on Ashton"

"Oh about yesterday¿ What do you need me to do¿" He asked taking books out of his locker.

I leaned in and whispered it into his ear and he grinned. "I can make that happen... for a price"

"What do you want for it¿" I sighed

"Nothing much. Just a kiss. A real one" He put his hand through his hair giving me a smile.

"Luke! No!"

"Okay then I guess the plan can never work!" Luke teased.

I rolled my eyes knowing I had to do it. I leaned in and gave him a kiss. It was awful. Luke grinned wider then ever. "I will get to you as soon as it's done!" He whispered and walked away slamming his locker shut.

After a few of my classes it was lunch. I sat nervously waiting for Luke to text me what I asked for. I looked around tapping my foot. Luke walked in the cafeteria. He was on his phone hopefully texting me. After a minute my phone went off which made me jump. He looked over to me and smiled.

I took what he sent me and posted it. Within minutes people were laughing and gathering around Ashton. Ashton looked at someone's phone at what they were laughing about and immediately stormed over to me where people were giving me high fives. "You honestly think this is funny don't you¿!" Ashton muttered tears streaming down his face. I shrugged. "I dragged you into a store. I was expecting you to make fun of me or something not go as far as posting a picture of me naked!" Ashton's voice grew stronger that time. He didn't seem mad. He seemed sad. Which somehow hurt me inside a little. That's never happened before. It's almost like this pounding guilt inside of me. I hate to admit it, but I think I'm actually...sorry. I couldn't let it show though. That would project me as weak.

"I told you that you had a death wish and you didn't listen! You played with fire and got burned! Here's some tips if you want something like this to never happen again. One, never talk to me again! Two, never touch me again! Finally, don't ever even look at me! Do you understand Ashton¿!" I spat in his face.

Ashton was in even more tears then before, but he managed a small nod and ran off. Now I don't have to worry about getting guilt ever again. My heart was still pounding like I did something terrible,but to be honest it wasn't that bad!

Luke came and put his arm around me. "Did you get the revenge you wanted Emma¿" He whispered in my ear. For some weird reason I didn't want to puke or kill myself... I wanted to kiss him again. I looked up in his eyes and realized that they sparkle brighter then the ocean. I nodded with a smile. He looked at my face confused. "What's wrong¿" He asked me seeming concerned.

"Nothing's wrong! I'm perfectly fine". I stood on my tip toes an kissed his cheek. He blushed, his face turning a shade of red. Was there a possibility that I could have feelings for Luke¿!

I decided to clear my thoughts with Shaylie by inviting her for a sleepover.

"No parties¿ Boys¿ Anything¿!" She question jumping in my car.

"Not that I know of. If you want to invite someone over... like a boy in mind for you..." I nudged her with my elbow "Feel free to. I have the house to myself this weekend. My parents went on this trip. I don't know they just left and said they would be back on Tuesday". Shaylie furrowed her eyebrows. I shrugged.

"I do need to tell you something...I've had a boyfriend for a week" Shaylie blurted.

"What¿ That's great why didn't you tell me¿! Who is it¿ " I squealed.

"Calum"

"Calum¿! He was with another stupid girl at the party!" I shouted.

"I know! I know! I asked Calum what it was about and and he said that it was his ex-girlfriend trying to get back together with him,but he pushed her away. Nothing is going on between them" She explained.

I'm not mad. I think I like Luke now. Which is the weirdest feeling ever. If she invites Calum over then I could invite Luke! I could tell him how I feel since I know that he likes me.

"You can invite Calum over if you want!" I insisted.

"Really! Are you going to invite someone¿"

"If Calum comes... I have an idea of someone to invite, but I can't tell you!"

Shaylie nodded and called Calum. A few minutes later she ended the call and told me he was on his way.

I pulled out my phone and found Luke's number and started writing a text.

Me: Hey Luke. Can you come over for a movie tonight¿

Luke: Sure! Who's going to be there¿

Me: Calum and Shaylie that's it... If you don't mind.

Luke: Okay! I'll be over soon!

Shaylie was trying to read over my shoulder, but I put my phone away so she couldn't.

"Who's coming Emma¿!" She kept badgering. I rolled my eyes and didn't talk. Finally she gave up when the doorbell rang. She leaped into the air and ran to the door swinging it open.

All I heard was this.

"CAL!"

"SHAY!"

The whole cute nickname thing didn't work very well on them, but I kept that to myself. They already made themselves comfortable on the couch and I was waiting for Luke. How long does it take to get here¿! He lives right down the street!

Eventually the door opened and Luke stood there with flowers. "Hi!" He shouted and handed the flowers to me.

"Aww thanks Luke! So this is what took so long¿! I love it! Thank you!" I blushed and kissed his cheek.

"This didn't take long. It's just that my quiff was being difficult!" He smirked and gave me another hug.

We walked into the other room and Shaylie and Calum looked shocked to see Luke. "Hey Luke what are you doing here!" Calum questioned. I just realized something. These two were best friends. I completely blanked on that! I could already imagine double dates!

We sat down on the couch and watched movie. Luke intertwined his finger in mine. A happy chill ran down my spine. I never imagined me having feeling for Luke. It's weird, but I like it.

The movie was really boring so I took it as a chance to talk to Luke. "Hey Luke can I talk to you¿" I whispered into his ear.

"Yeah of course!" He whispered back. We went into the other room to talk alone.
"What's up¿" He asked.

"Ever since today..." I started,but didn't know how to say it.

"Ever since today what¿" Luke wondered.

"I'm just going to tell you straight forward! I have feeling for you Luke!" I blurted out.

Luke smiled and grabbed my hips and pulled me closer. Then we kissed. This time I wasn't disgusted after. I liked it. I liked all of this.
