Chapter 5: Destroyed

Blake's pov:

Papa picked me up from school as a little early birthday surprise. We are out shopping and i'm trying to convince him to let me get a crop top...

Blake: "papa, every girl in my school has crop tops! i'm gonna be made fun of! and colette has them!"

Charlie: "well colette is also older than you."

Blake: "not by much! this is so unfair!"

He sighs and looks at me. he has the angry eyes on too. he bend down to make dead eye contact sooo i'm kinda fucked

Charlie: "i said no, we are moving on."

I don't say anything in response because i know what ever i do i'll get in trouble.

Charlie: "besides it's your birthday soon, i dad and i have to get you something..."

I crack a smile knowing i'll get one soon...

(after getting home)

Charlie's pov:

I park in the garage and look at blake again.

Charlie: "i'm sorry for yelling at you. It's just- you're my little girl. I don't want you to grow up..."

Blake: "yeah i know. Sorry for asking so much."

Charlie: "it's okay, every kid does that."

Blake: "i love you"

Charlie: "oh i love you too"

I reach across and grab her hand. until nick comes out in a panic.

Nick: "Char, we have a problem"

I look at blake and apologize, then run out the car.

(inside)

I walk in to see eli without his hearing in.

Charlie: "•Why don't you have your hearing aids in•"

Nick: "•kid destroyed them•"

Eli: "•I can speak for myself thanks•"

Nick: "•Well i'm not very happy with you right now•"

Eli: "•i didn't have my hearing aids in, big deal?!•"

Nick: "•Eli that is why they are now broken!•"

Charlie: "•Okay you two need to calm down and we will figure this out•"

Nick sighs and eli just placing his head into his hands, covering his eyes.

Nick taps him kind of aggressively and starts yelling.

Nick: "•JUST BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOU CANT WIN DOESNT MEAN YOU IGNORE US•"

holy fuck he actually pissed. Eli starts to tear up and i conniver and sit next to him, giving him a hug.

Charlie: "Nick you need to calm the fuck down. Why are you so fucking mad"

Nick: "he's been taking his hearing aids off in classes he doesn't like"

Oh my fucking god. now we have to pay £3,595 ($4,601.85).

Eli: "•okay so i take them off in classes i hate but it's mostly because kids in my classes are mean•"

Charlie: "•honey that's why you come to us and then we can handle it.•"

Nick: "•who was the kid?•"

Eli: "•Jack Hart•"

Nick: "•I work with his dad, i'll talk to him•"
