Chapter 69

“Forgot about your brother?” Jungkook's smile dropped.

A devil smirk fell upon his face. He pulled out a remote. “Say Goodbye to him.”

Jungkook rushed towards him but he was stopped by Yoongi. Jungkook looked into his eyes and shook his head. “Come on,Press it.” He ordered with a very calm face. I didn't know anything about it but since Yoongi is so calm there must be something behind it.

Namjoon's eyes trailed up. “What are you looking at me? Press it.” I could see the rage building up inside Yoongi. “Why are you nervous?” He asked, coming in front of him. Namjoon pressed the button but it did nothing.

“Duan!” Yoongi yelled and the door opened up revealing Duan in a complete mess but alive. “Brother.” Jungkook ran towards him and hugged him. “Are you okay?* He asked, holding his face. Duan smiled. “Yes, brother..Yoongi found out my location.” Yoongi raised his brows in proudness but then his eyes shifted back to Namjoon.

“We considered you as our brother and we treated you like one,Joon. To me and Jin,you were just a clumsy kid but we didn't know the intention you had behind it all. You came to us four years ago and we happily accepted you but you...you were backstabbing us. You took advantage of our trust. Y/n…she loved you so much not knowing the intention you had behind it all.” He knelt down and grabbed his chin making him look at him.

Yoongi's eyes were filled with tears. He pointed the gun on top of his forehead. “Wasn't there a single moment you loved us?” He asked him,as his tears fell down but Namjoon's eyes were empty as if he had nothing to say. “You killed your own father. Do you know how hard he fought for you both?” I could see his eyes softening.

He placed his finger on the trigger but I ran and held his hand. “Please don't kill him.” He looked into my eyes and asked “Why? He killed your father. He was about to kill the man you love and even you too.” My vision was blurry due to tears. My hands were shivering. “You are afraid to see blood?” He asked me. I nodded with my quivering lips.

He looked at Jungkook. Jungkook nodded. He looked at me and walked towards me. Holding my hand. He took me aside and hugged me tightly. I buried my face in his chest with my shivering body. He ran his fingers in my hair. I couldn't see anything at all but I could hear everything.

“You know what? I'm not gonna kill you. Do it by yourself.” I heard Yoongi saying, A moment later two cold hands came up on my ears and covered them tightly. Jungkook was still holding me so I guess it was Duan.

My whole body shivered,the image of that night when I saw my father dying in front of me passed upon my eyes.

Jungkook's grip went tight on me.

I gathered a lot of courage and stepped back. Turning around. I saw nothing. My eyes looked here and there but he wasn't anywhere. I only saw Yoongi standing. “Where is he?” I asked. “Somewhere you can't see blood from.” He replied. I looked into Jungkook's eyes. “He jumped from here.” Jungkook answered my question.

I shouldn't feel sad right? He deserves this. After what he did. He deserves it all but still I fell on my knees and burst into tears. How unlucky I am? I didn't know my family at first but then I saw my father in his last time not knowing he's my father. I never saw my mother and now my brother….

What else could be more torturing than not having a family whom you can love and spend time with?

I was weeping when I felt a hand on my shoulder caressing me. I didn't care who he was but instead wrapped my arms around him.

“I'm here.” His voice entered my ears and he was Jungkook. I snuggled deeper into his chest while crying my heart out.

His eyes saw her crying while hugging the man she loves from the bottom of her heart. The guilt of never expressing his emotions was already killing him but he decided to let himself die instead of breaking the bubble of their friendship. His eyes went teary but he immediately looked away mumbling in his heart.

“Hope you always stay happy and create your own family happily.”

On the other hand,the little brother was watching his brother hug the girl he somewhere wanted for himself in greed but he already understory that there was a happy ending in their story. He wasn't the main character in her story.

*Next morning*

“Where were you both?” Jin asked them. “And where the fuck is Joon? I've been calling him since a day ago.” Yoongi and yn both looked into each other's eyes. Yoongi nodded looking into her eyes as he placed her bag down and placed his arm on Jin's shoulder taking him away to give him the shock.

Entering the hospital room he looked at his mother who was laying on the bed alive. “Omma.” He burst into tears as soon as he saw her. I ran towards her and hugged her as tight as he could.

“I did it,Omma. I found and punished the murder of dad.” He cried loudly. “I won't stay away from you anymore, Omma. I completed my promise.” Tears rolled down his face as he embraced the hug from his mom after years.

What could beat a hug from mother? Nothing.

Her wrinkled fingers ran through his hair as she tried to speak.

“I…never asked you… to stay with me.” She took a deep breath. “You did it by yourself.” He hugged her even more firmly, crying. “I'm sorry,Omma.”

He was craving the love from his mother but it was his ego and guilt that didn't let him meet her but the moment he saw the dagger stabbed into her.

All the ego and guilt destroyed by itself in him and only the little child craving the love of his mother waiting in front of the door of the orphanage to come and take him home was left.

*The day after that*

She entered the office to claim her position as a secretary and tell him everything she did by now whether he knows or not. She wanted to clean herself. Her eyes ran across to find a girl wearing a pencil skirt,glasses and the same bun.

She turned around and it was Elsa.

Her eyes stared at her. “What are you doing here?” She asked her but before she could reply Jungkook stepped ahead and held her hand dragging her into the office with him.

“What are you doing?” Yn asked him.

“We should now talk about everything clearly. You should know everything now. I don't want to hide anything.” he said.
