It has been a week since the doctor visited and Rain has been just laying in bed. Rain has been feeling bad and he can barely walk because of lower back pain.
The doctor had told them that it's normal to feel all these symptoms usually a week or two before birth. It's just a sign that the baby is ready to be born.
Sky and Prapai walk to Rain and Phayu room. As soon as Rain sees Sky he can't do anything but smile.
"Sky!! I'm so happy that you're here." Rain says excitedly.
" Rain, I'm so happy to see you. How are you doing? Are you still feeling pain?" Sky says.
"I'm feeling a lot of pain but it's worth it. I will be fine when the baby is born." Rain says
" Do you know the gender of the baby and have you thought of any names?" Prapai says walking over to Rain with Phayu.
" We don't know the gender and once we see the baby. we'll know our baby's name. I just know it." Rain says proudly
Phayu smiles at Rain's cuteness. He never thought that he would be able to have a family of his own and he is so grateful.
Prapai pulls Phayu away from Rain and Sky.
" Telling by how happy Rain is, I'm guessing that the Sire hasn't found out." Prapai says
"No, but I'm thinking about two weeks after the baby is born. Rain, the baby and I should leave the colony and find somewhere to build our new life together.
Although the colony is our home. I don't think it's safe for Rain or our baby especially, when they are hybrids. I don't have any other choice. " Phayu says
" Have you told Rain about this?" Prapai says
Phayu shakes his head no.
"Well if you decide to, then let Sky and I know especially, your parents. We are here for you. And there is no way we won't visit you. This isn't goodbye." Prapai says
" Of course, even if I tried. I couldn't get a leech like you away from me." Phayu says laughing under his breath. Prapai also laughs at Phayu's comment with a big smile on his face.
" Babe," Rain says, calling Phayu over.
" Can you take me to the bathroom? My stomach hurts." Rain says uneasily.
Phayu is concerned including Sky and Prapai. When Rain gets up his water breaks. Everyone is shocked.
"The baby isn't due for another two weeks. What's happening?" Phayu says
" The baby is coming now, Phayu!!" Rain shouts in pain.
Sky holds one of Rain's hands. " Go get the doctor prapai" Sky says
Prapai runs to go get the doctor and comes back.
" Everyone please back up while I deliver this baby." The doctor says
" I want my Phayu" Rain hisses at the doctor.
The doctor allows Phayu to be by Rain. To keep Rain calm.
"I'm right here" Phayu tells Rain.
Rain tightly grips Phayu's arm. " We will get through this together. I'm here" Phayu says
