"Kimali, gwaan go wash out yuh plate," I hiss, taking a Orange Juice from the fridge.

We woke up early this morning and I made breakfast.

I finished eating before him, so I went ahead and bathe before him.

We're now ready to leave the house to go to work.

"Could wash out ihh fimmih, baby?" He rasps, then slap my ass.

"Nope. I left you down here, yuh shoulda wash it before yuh di go bathe." He chuckles.

"Ah, ahh," He walks over to the sink.

"Please hurry, we're going to be late," I take up my work bag, then take out my phone.

I was suppose to call her yesterday, but I was busy being a rabbit, I forgot.

I dial her number.

Oh—My birthday's coming up. Swear me did almost figot say me born.

I'm use to not celebrating my birthdays. It has always seemed like a regular day to me.

But maybe I'll try a thing this year.

It's on the 27th of July.

So yo girl finna turn 20 in a month and 13 days.

Last teen. It's actually funny, It feels like I just left school yesterday, and now I'm not a teenager anymore, I'll officially be an adult soon.

Anyways, I'm calling mommy. I dial her number, pressing the call button. She answers on the second ring.
