"Unnuh kn—" Before I finish, mommy runs into his arms and hug him.

Kimali hugs her back.

I let them have there moment.

After yuh mother cyah take yuh man.

"Know how long me no see yuh bwaii!" Mommy pulls away and chuckles, Kimali does the same.

"Somebody please tell me wah a gwaan yasso?" I look between the both of them.

"Later we talk bout that, come deal wit' yuh sister," Oh. Mommy steps aside, allowing us to go in. "She deh innah the hall," Mommy says, closing the door.

"Lynn!" I walk into the direction of the living room. No answer.

I walk inside to see her in the sofa, her head on her knees, sobbing softly.

"K'Lynn," I stand in-front of her. She look up.

Her eyes are blood shot red, and there are bags under her eyes, signifying that she's been crying a lot.

"Lynn," I sit beside her, caressing her back. Swear I didn't come hear come here to be soft with her, but seeing her like this, I had to.

"Me sorry, me neva expect it fi be like this, I—" She looks up, squinting her eye.

"Kimali!?" She jumps up. No cause, wah really a gwaan yasso!?

"Y pree, Lynn?" Kimali chuckles, hugging back K'Lynn.

"So why everybody in here know my boyfriend and I didn't introduce him?" I had to, sorry, not sorry. "And likkle girl, gwaan go siddung, cause me not even start wid yuh yet," I say to K'Lynn, pointing at the settee.
