- Alex calls himself "handsome" and "charming" as a joke, making John laugh or roll his eyes

- When Alex is being goofy, he touches his nose to John's to make him laugh

- John threatens to beat Alex up (as a joke) and Alex says John can't, even though he knows John probably could

- John also threatens to take Alex outside of the camp and go to the nearby lake to drown him (Also as a joke), making Alex laugh

- John claims the only reason he is with Alex is because of his hair (which John loves) but it's obviously not true

- John calls Alex a dork sometimes

- Alex will say "Oh? I like where this is going~" even if it's literally not going anywhere. John could literally just take a step towards Alex and he would say it

- Alex always thinks he's right (most of the time he says it as a joke, like "when am I not right?")

- Alex jokes that the nicest thing John has ever said to him is that he's "odd"

- John mocks Alex (usually joking, but sometimes he's just annoyed)
Alex: Well, actually-
John: Erm... Well, actually! ☝️🤓 In a nerdy voice
Alex: B r u h
John: Bruh! ☝️🤓 in another nerdy voice
(They didn't say "bruh" back then, I KNOW)

- John will push Alex off the bed

- ^^ Alex once rolled off the bed and all John heard was a thud and a little "ow..."

- Alex once slapped John's tricorn hat on his head, making it tilt onto his face purposely and said "I think your hat fell." Also making John laugh

- Alex will be all romantic and professional when he offers his hand and asks John to dance. But once they get to the floor, Alex grabs both of John's hands and spins them around really fast. Then John laughs and is like "This isn't dancing-"

- Alex will randomly walk up to John and try to be seductive and be like
Alex: Hey~
John: What the-

- If John ever slaps Alex's arm, Alex will smirk and say "Is that all you got, pipsqueak?" But, like, in a funny tone

- John once admitted (to Laf) that Herc was a charmer, making Alex extremely jealous and say "charmer, huh?" And John, obviously not in love with Herc, is like "Yes. He's charming. But you wouldn't know anything about charm, would you?"

- When Alex embarrasses John in a conversation, John will either tackle him, cover his mouth, or cut him off and try to change the subject

- When Alex and John first met, Alex always started fights physically and verbally (NOT with John). Alex would also always stand next to John (they're inseparable bruh)

- ^^ (talking to laf)
   Alex: by the way, it was definitely obvious I loved John. He was just blind.
   John: all you did was stand next to me! I just thought-
   Alex: John, these excuses aren't getting you anywhere.

- John's jokes are threats or violence, meaning whenever he is joking with Alex, he will threaten him with violence

- ^^ Discussing children
John: They better all have your hair, eyes, and freckles
Alex: Uh... and if they don't?-
John: I'll have you hanged.

- Alex makes dumb jokes to John like "papa's home" or "beg for it." (And obviously not mean it, Alex thinks it's weird when people say it) and John laughs and is like "what is wrong with you-"

- Sometimes Alex will randomly remove his shirt in their tent when he passes the mirror. He looks at his muscles and John is like "what-"
