Mikey shifted and got comfortable in his seat. He wasn't even bothered by Sanzu's crazed stare. "What do you want now Sanzu?"

Sanzu smiled. "Guess what I've been up to?"

Mikey gave him a bored look. "With the way you live?.. I don't really want to know."

Sanzu hummed. " Found myself working for your favorite brother."

Mikey let out an annoyed sigh. "Of course you are. The wicked always finds evil."

Sanzu laughed. "Aw come on. Don't be like that Mikey! It was once upon a time you were wicked-- just. like. me."

Mikey stood up. "Alright. Lets get this over with. I'm sure Izana sent you to try and kill me this time?"

Sanzu shook his head. "Nope."

Mikey was getting annoyed. "Then why am I here? If you don't just come out and say it I'm leaving. I don't like being around you for too long.."

Sanzu snorted and faked pouted.

Mikey began to walk out. But the next words out of Sanzu's mouth made him freeze.

"Y/n's in danger."

Mikey turned. "I know that already. The second she brought up his name I already knew. I-- We just could never find him. But I have Takemichi's brother in law looking into it for me. He's a detective and--"

Sanzu slammed his fist on the table. "You think a detective is going to help? Izana probably has him by the balls already! The damn law around here is wrapped around his greedy little fingers and you know that."

Mike shrugged. "My family is dealing with it our own way. We'll convince Y/n to leave him once Emma returns home. She'll hear Emma's story and we can keep her safe--"

Sanzu cut him off. " No. It's already too late for all that. He won't let her run like Emma did.. Izana thinks he loves Y/n. He didn't give two shits about Emma. She was just something that would hurt you and Shinichiro."

Though Mikey knew that was true. He wanted nothing to do with Sanzu's ideas. He left a life of fighting and killing behind. He was happy with his life, with his dream job, with his family.

Sanzu could tell Mikey was over it. "Remember when we were kids? You gave me these scars on my face.."

Mikey stood there as Sanzu continued. "You were my best friend Mikey, and you hurt me over something that could be replaced-- a toy.. Then you pretended like I didn't matter to you anymore.. As we got older I just became nothing, not even worth the dog shit on the bottom of your slippers. When you were my everything, my family..." Sanzu smiled. "But! Despite all that. I was the one who came to you and Shinichiro when I found out that Izana was going to kill Emma. Then he was going to kill you right after because Shinichiro "abandoned" him."

Mikey was quiet but he sat back down. He let out a sigh and motioned for him to continue. "Go on. What do you want from me."

"I've been working with the Haitani's for a while now. And we've been planning on taking over all of Izana's assets.--"

Mikey cut him off. "I don't care about that. Just Y/n."

Sanzu smiled. "Pretty little thing huh? As sweet as she is-- poor girl has gotten herself into some trouble. She decided to become his fiancee and then fell out of love with him. As we speak he's tearing up the town looking for her. While he's distracted it's the perfect time to strike.. I just need a little help from you and your people.. He still has most of Tenjiku on his side but a couple of small criminals as well."

Mikey nodded. "Takashi know?"

Sanzu hummed. "He was hard to get ahold of. Fashion shit and all that. He's on a plane as we speak. But sadly won't be here til early morning."
