chapter 18: stuck with you

You sat on the ground, you back against the wall in silence, Michael was silent too, making this whole situation awkward as shit, eventually Michael spoke up "if I'm going to be stuck with you all night, we might as well talk to each other " Michael said, he walked up to you sitting down next to you, you of course didn't look at him, he frowned slightly , but decided to talk on "so y/n....are we not gonna talk about what happened the other day?" Michael said his tone slightly serious, you thought about it and sighed softly " yeah about that....sorry for that..." You said, Michael's glance softened "it's fine...if it matters...I kinda got all the glitter out...at least I think so " Michael said, you couldn't help but chuckle at this "really? Cause your hair still looks glittery" you said jokingly, Michael chuckled "doesn't matter, I pull it off" Michael said, you laughed and he laughed too, "are you sure it's fine, I mean you sounded like you hated me" you said, Michael thought abit "okay...I may have..but I was really angry at that moment...mainly at max" Michael said, you raised a brow "okay...but may I ask something?" You mustered up, Michael looked at you "yeah??" Michael responded , "why does max hate you so much?" You asked, Michael sighed "it's complicated... it's something I did awhile back...and it's my fault" Michael said, you put a hand on his shoulder reassuringly " hey, hey whatever you did, surely must have not been that bad, right?" You said, Michael looked away "it is...I messed up badly with her" Michael said, "oh...i see...have you tried apologizing to her?"  You said, "yeah,but she wouldn't hear me out" Michael said, "have you tried making it up to her?" You said,  Michael nodded "yeahh and she still wouldn't forgive me " Michael said, you thought more "okay Michael...I won't push it further " you said, Michael nodded "thanks for respecting my boundaries " Michael said, you smiled "no problem" you said, Michael looked at you, you couldn't help but notice him stare "is there something on my face?" You said, Michael shook his head "no.. it's just..." Michael said ,"it's just? What?" You asked, "it's just you have a pretty smile " Michael said you couldn't help but feel a lil heat come up your face you looked away from him "thanks..." You said, "your welcome " Michael said. You guys ended up talking for long while, until you felt sleepy, you tried to stay awake, and keep your head up, but you fell asleep, your head falling to the sidez Michael noticed this, and let you put your head on his shoulder, Michael looked at your sleeping expression and smiled, he rested his head on yours "goodnight y/n..." Michael said softly.

Meanwhile outside...

You've got to be kidding me Henry "your dad said, "Ben I didn't know the kids were in there still" Henry said, your dad put a hand on his face and groaned in frustration, "now how are we supposed to get them out?" Your dad said, "we can't physically open the doors until 6am" Henry said, your dad shooked his head "so I'm supposed to leave my kid in there?" Your dad said, "we have no choice " Henry said, Andrew watched from the car as Henry and your dad spoke, Andrew was anxious, the thought of you being trapped in there, especially with Michael was sicking to him (he's very overprotective okay) after a couple of minutes your dad went back into the car , Andrew looked at him "dad, is y/n gonna be alright?" Andrew asked , your dad nodded "yeah, we'll just have to come get them tomorrow" your dad said, Andrew nodded, but still didn't like the idea of it, but he didn't argue, with that your dad drove off into the night.
