chapter 21: watching clouds and talking

Michael continued to practically drag you, you trying to keep up with his unnecessary fast walking, eventually you two got there, Michael still having a hold on your hand , walked through the doors and brought you two to a table near the stage , you two sat down, you watched the animatronics preform, still you didn't understand how they worked, but you admired them , zoning everything out expect for the animatronics, the scent of pizza snapped you out of it, noticing how close the scent of pizza was, you looked at the table to see a large pizza and two sodas Infront of you and Michael, "I thought, we might as well have brunch, so I got it for us" Michael said, you smiled slightly "thanks Michael " you said, "your welcome" Michael said, he took a bite out of his pizza, and you decided to ask "hey Michael, I was wondering..do you know how those things even work?" You asked , Michael looked at the animatronics then you "oh that, they have this think called um...springlocks... currently their in animatronic mode, but the springlocks can be winded back when staff are in the suits" Michael explained, you nodded in understanding "oh...I still don't understand " you said, Michael laughed "your cracking me up y/n" he said in-between laughs , you pouted and crossed your arms, Michael stopped laughing and smirked at your reaction "aww, your so cute when you pout like that" Michael said with a wink , you kinda felt your face flush, that same feeling returning from earlier, wtf was up with you today? You shook your thoughts away , just brushing it off as something odd. You and Michael talked quite a lot , even making you laugh in the process, after brunch Michael decided to take you to the park , it was quite nice, you two were quite playful, he brought an inner child out of you, you two rested on a high grassy hill , watching the clouds, under the shade of a tree, Michael pointed out a couple of clouds, you payed attention to what he was saying and doing, once again feeling the feeling you felt earlier, you couldn't understand why? But you just did ,you were so caught up in your thoughts, you didn't notice Michael snap his fingers in your face snapping you out of your thoughts, you looked at him, he was already looking at you , "Earth to y/n" Michael said, "yeah? Sorry just got caught in my thoughts" you said, "it's fine, it happens sometimes" he says, Michael looked back up at the sky, putting his arms behind his head and resting on it, you looked at a funny looking cloud , "y/n?" Michael said, "yeah Michael?' you replied, "do you remember when we first saw each other at this very park?" Michael said, you nodded "yeah I do" you said, "that day was a good decision to go to the park" Michael said, "and why is that?" You said, "Because it's the day I got my first glance at you " Michael said, you smiled "really?" Michael said, "yeah, best decision I ever made " he said, his tone soft and calm, you felt your heart flutter, there was the feeling again...you just brushed it off as being happy someone appreciating you.
