chapter 13: arcade fun and trouble

You were silently, looking at the ground, you felt guilty, max looked at you with a brow raised "so what if he hates you? he deserved it" max said, you looked at max "he looked so mad" you replied, "that's the reaction I wanted y/n, he fucking deserves it, you have no idea how shitty he is" max said, crossing her arms , Libby looked at you  then max , "I know he does maxi...but now he hates y/n , and we got her into something she didn't need" Libby said, she looked worried and remorseful , max brushed her off, but clearly felt a lil remorseful for dragging into something, you shook your head and decided to ask , what you wanted to since you and max meet, "why do you hate him so much?" You asked, max looked at you before being silent for a couple of seconds, "look y/n...your my friend now...but that's something that isn't your business" max said, her voice was a lil softer and calm than usual, you just nodded, not wanting to piss her off, Libby decided to break the tension "how about we do something else?" Libby asked, "like what?" Max said, you thought abit, "how about we pay in the arcade?" You said, "that actually sounds fun, let's go" max said , you all agreed and left the hallway and made it pass the main party room, you didn't even dare to look if Michael was there, you just looked forward. The three of y'all left fredbears and made your way to the arcade that was a couple of blocks away , eventually y'all made it, you all went and got some coins (I don't remember what those special arcade coins were called, sorry in advance) and played a couple of games, you guys were actually having fun, and you and Libby were currently watching max play a game, you decided you needed to use the bathroom and excused yourself, walking to the bathroom and doing your business, and washing your hands afterwards, you walked out of the bathroom, and to where max and Libby were, on the way you were shocked to see Michael and his friends, well...it wasn't out of the ordinary, since this is where literally everyone comes, but it was a odd, Michael spotted you looking at him, he shot you a glare, you looked away and went back to max and libby , max had finished her turn and you could play now, you were quite good at it (even if you aren't in real life, just pretend lol) max looked at you in amazement, as well as Libby, "woah your real good at this" max said, "you really are, the only people good at this game is max and mich-" Libby said, when max suddenly interrupted " abd it looks like she might even be better than him" max said proudly of you, eventually your skills caught the attention of a crowd, watching you play, eventually this caught Michael and his buddies attention, Michael made his way over to you, pushing his way through the crowd, he was shocked to see what he was witnessing, Michael heard in the crowd someone say "wow, they might even be better than Michael" some random kid said, Michael rolled his eyes "oh please, no one can be better than me, especially not some random kid that just moved here" Michael said, max glared daggers at him, before she could open her mouth you stopped her, "what? scared of a lil competition?" You said, Michael turned to you "no, but are you?" Michael said, you looked at him "of course not" you replied, Michael smirked "then you wouldn't be afraid to play against me?" Michael said, "then a challenge you want...then a fucking challenge you'll get" you said, Michael's smirk stopped for a second before it went back , "may the best one win" Michael said, Michael went first, he of course did amazingly, the crowed cheered, mainly out of fear, you went next, you did more than amazing, beating his high score, Michael's smirk dropped, the crowd was shocked, until they all started cheering, you smiled and turned to him "looks like i bet ya" you said, Michael looked a lil pissed, he got in your face, and gripped your arm pulling you closer to him, "don't think you're better than me, because your just a pathetic copy of that wh*re max" Michael said , you looked him dead in the eye, "what the fuck did you say about her?" You said, "I said what I said, she's a fucking sl-" Michael said, before your sudden interruption, you punched him square in the face , he let go of your arm, he clutched his bleeding nose, and looked at his friends than you "this isn't over" Michael said before leaving the arcade with his friends, the crowd had left by now, you turned to max, "why'd he call you that?" You asked, max just looked away "because he's a fucking asshole that's why" max said, you looked at Libby , not knowing what to say.
