In the Earldom of Essex Territory, where Lord David William Beck, Earl of Essex Territory and Lady Katherine Grace, Countess of Essex Territory govern together as Lord David William Beck is the female line descendant of Lord John Devereux through his great-granddaughter, Lady Penelope Devreux who married Lord David William Beck's grandfather, Lord Edwin William Howard, the youngest son, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, Duke of Norfolk Territory and his son is also the second cousin of Lady Penelope Devereux as Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR, granduncle was Lord John Devereux through his grandmother, Lady Margaret Penelope Deverux.
Lord David William Beck inherited the Earldom of Essex through his late mother, Lady Eliza Katherine Howard, who died in 2260.
In the Earldom of Essex Territory, it has both of best traditions, as Lord David William Beck is a Christo-Pagan and Lady Katherine Grace is Christian and they come together to celebrate Ostara in the Christo-Pagan way with colorful statues of The Madonna and Christ Child in her arms and One of The Resurrected Christ on in the courtyard of Chartley Estate and Manor.
