I am doing Lord Richard Edward Howard The Second, Duke of Wessex Territory and he is the first cousin to Lord Andrew Charles Howard and married to Lady Susan Virginia Bell.
He was the third oldest great-great-grandson of Lord Patrick William Howard through his youngest grandson, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, born to his son, Lord Frederick William Howard, Duke of Norfolk Territory and his Duchess, Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort, and he was born in the year of 2195, five years after his father became Duke of Norfolk Territory .
He was unlike his two older brothers, and sister. He was born with a corp of black hair, blue eyes, and his father wondered if he was a challenging child, but the Star-fleet Officer at the time on Star Base 12, told Lord Frederick William Howard, Duke of Norfolk Territory " You don't much about DNA and RNA and somewhere in your family someone had black hair and blue eyes."
"Lord Howard. DNA and RNA are funny when children are created, and either one of your grandparents that perished on Planet Earth had black hair and blue eyes, so therefore, their great-grandchild inherited their black hair and blue eyes, but I can assure you that Lord Andrew Charles is your son." "You are already disappointed with Lord Frederick William The Second, and you favor Lord Charles Andrew." Lady Jeanette states.
"Utter nonsense, Lady Jeanette. I love all of our children. I love Lord Frederick William, my namesake, I love Lord Charles Andrew and yes he has promise, and I love Lady Sophia Charlotte and she reminds me of you." Lord Frederick tells her.
"I love Lord Andrew Charles. He is named for my grandfather, but I have never seen a picture of him as my father would never show me one." Lord Frederick states.
"Lord Andrew Charles will make his own way into the world. He will be the one that surprises us." Lord Frederick William states.

However, Lord Frederick William Howard dies in 2210, when his son is only 15 years old, and at the time his two nephews are born one year before when he is 14 years old, but in 2215, he catches the eye of the heiress to the Dukedom of Northumberland Territory, Lady Elizabeth Ann Percy, and she is the oldest daughter of Lord Charles Percy and Lady Eleanor Beauchamp and she has a younger sister, Lady Eleanor Percy.
