Lord Frederick William Howard The Third is 30 years old when he becomes Regent Duke of Lancaster Territory and he is also regent Duke of The Dukedom of Clarence Territory for his first cousin twice removed, Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene Howard, Duchess of Clarence Territory.
It is a grand day for Lord Frederick William Howard The Third as he becomes Regent Duke of Lancaster Territory in the name of his great-grandfather, Lord Edmund Beaufort, Duke of Lancaster Territory and Lord Andrew Charles Howard announces to the good people of The Dukedom of Lancaster Territory " I give you, your new Regent Duke of Lancaster Territory. Lord Frederick William Howard The Third, who is the youngest great-grandson of Lord Edmund Beaufort through his daughter, Lady Jeanette Virginia Beaufort."
