𝗔𝗦 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗔𝗪𝗡𝗘𝗗, excitement tingled in the air, for today marked Percy's departure on his quest. Amidst the buzz, Chiron selected me to present my cabin. While Percy visited the attic, the rest of camp was having breakfast at the dining pavilion.

Seated at breakfast with the group, Clarisse's absence was noticeable. "Where's Clarisse?" I asked, breaking the silence.

"Skipped breakfast, but she'll be there for the ceremony." Xavier informed.

"She's still shaken by her defeat." Max added.

"And losing her spear didn't help matters." Darius chimed in.

"Well, she can't avoid meals forever." I remarked, voicing a common sentiment.

"True, but at least she'll show up for Percy's ceremony." Max noted

Tyler interjected, "Who among us will attend?"

As one, our hands ascended, a collective gesture of our eagerness to partake in the upcoming event.

"We do sound rather elite, since all us are always selected." Luke remarked, his tone laced with amusement.

Max elaborated, "That's precisely why we have our own table, since it's a rule that you have to sit at your own cabin's table."

"Oh, I wasn't aware of that rule." I admitted, feeling slightly sheepish.

Tyler interjected, shifting the conversation, "Who do you guys think Percy will choose for his quest?"

"Definitely Kathy and Luke." Xavier asserted confidently.

"Xavier's right. Percy trusts you two implicitly. You've been his steadfast friends since he first set foot in camp." Aurora chimed in.

"I still doubt he'd choose us." I interjected, voicing my uncertainty.

"It'd be foolish of him not to." Aurora retorted firmly. "You're easily the most skilled swordfighter in camp. If he overlooks you, he might as well sign his own death warrant."

The gravity of Aurora's words hung in the air, underscoring the weight of Percy's decision and the importance of our roles in camp life.

"Yeah, Aurora's got a point." Max concurred, acknowledging the validity of her observation.

"Well, Percy did mention he needed four people. I wonder who else he's considering." I mused aloud, pondering the composition of Percy's quest team.

"Perhaps Grover is in the running too, considering he served as Percy's protector." Xavier suggested, offering his perspective.
