SLAP!!! Henry's hand met with an innocent girl's face. It wasn't to harm her, but more so that she would wake up from her lifeless staring. He didn't really care if it did harm her anyway, she wouldn't do anything about it.
"Wake up! Jesus...." He trailed off, mumbling while he walked slowly away from the girl, with his hand up rubbing his chin. He returned back to the chair the girl was sat on, and bent down to her height. "First of all, you are not to speak unless spoken to. You will only do as I say, and not take orders from anyone else." He had made his authority very clear, by enforcing these sinister commands.
The girl's eyes finally connected with Henry's. They seemed quite bloodshot, probably from stress. His eyes were a dead, grey colour. Much like it reflected on his darkened soul. The girl's eyes were the exact opposite. It looked as though she had just been born. Her eyes were innocent and not tainted by any evil from the big bad world almost as though she was a young child. They were full of colour and mischief. They wandered the room, looking at everything but Henry. Bad move.
SLAP!! Again, Henry's hand came into contact with the girl's cheek, leaving a bright red, hand-shaped mark. His eyes were now burning with rage and fixated upon the girl's face. "Did I tell you, you could look around the room? NO! Whenever I am talking, you must look at me and no one else! Do you understand?!" The girl looked at him with shock. She didn't understand what she had done wrong. Henry on the other hand, got up from crouching, his legs were bound to have gotten tired or numb by now. He brushed his hand on his leg, as though the girl's cheek had some kind of disgusting frog-skin feel to it.
"Do you know what your name is?" He had to check if the procedure had been a success. He waited, crossing his arms while doing so. "Well?" He demanded. The girl shuddered at his very sudden request. She slowly shook her head from side to side. Henry smirked and replied with "Well, the reason for that is because I haven't given you one yet." An evil glint, was hidden in the corner of his eyes. "And I've just thought of one! I'm going to call you, Alpha." The girl looked blankly. I couldn't start from the end of the phonetic alphabet, because those subjects weren't up to standard. I had to get rid of them. That was the only thought on Henry's mind.
He clicked his fingers and two guards quickly approached. "Have the others go through with the treatment as well. When that is done, we can set them on the training program."
Just as the guards were leaving Henry grabbed onto one of their shoulders. His facial expression was the definition of serious. His eyes turned even darker than before. "Don't mess up. I don't have time for failures. Make sure this batch is perfect. Don't repeat what happened in the past." The guard slowly nodded and walked out of the room.
This batch can be called Echo. Perfect for my plan to reek havoc all over New York, and anyone else who would want to join in can, but only if I get all the credit. This batch shall echo all of my plans to carefully get rid of certain nuisances. Henry rubbed his hands together in excitement. Everything was coming together now, as according to his plan.
He turned and slowly walked out of the room, leaving 'Alpha' sat in the chair, in the centre of the room. He let out a slight chuckle as he though, she doesn't even remember how she got here or what her name was. A name like Alpha is much better than a normal one. Also, it's more suited to an assassination mission, compared to Charlotte....
