"Hearts will attach to what it wants. You can't place something that will be rejected by your heart. Eventually it will destroy your peace and the heart itself. In other words, don't limit your ability to be at your happiness by forming an illusory image of something that can't be your true fulfillment in life. Your reality depends on how well you are in control of what you allow within the walls of trust in your heart that you have been given. Before you pursue anything, think twice and make a wise decision by asking yourself 'if by having it, would you potentially lose the peace and motive of pursuing the akhira?' If so, then do not dwell in it. For every minute you spend chasing the dunya, you lose an opportunity of striving for Jannah."
