Shinobu Put some poison in Douma veins which could kill Douma but.....
Due to the poison Douma has been drinking for the past two years, it can't harm Douma but it's still very harmful...
With Kokushibo
* I don't like the idea of being alone in this fortress it feels like an endless loop....*

And Kokushibo was right..
Douma had poison in his body that has a 50% of killing him even if he survives
they don't know what's about to happen next...
