Chapter 12-

CHAPTER 12:

I walked hand in hand with Harry. We decided to walk the way to the closest place that has food.

"Harry?" I asked

"Mmm?"

"Why are you so good to me?"

He stopped and looked down onto me. His eyes glistening in the moonlight.

His hands finding their way to my hips giving me the feel safe and secure.

"Because it would be a sin if I didn't."

He whispered in my ear leaving goosebumps up and down my arms

I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him closer to me.

Our lips made contact but no movement took place.

"Audrey, I think I'm fall-"

BEEEEEPPP!! A car horn broke our daze.

"Get out of my driveway you damn kids!" An old man yelled from his car

"Sorry sir." Harry mumbled grabbing my hand and walking off

We stayed silent for a while. Mostly because of the awkwardness. I was in deep thought about what Harry said.

"Because it would be a sin if I didn't."

What's that supposed to mean? I mean like...

I took a deep breath and sighed. I need food to get my problems out of my mind.

We started to walk into the town part of Holmes Chapel.

Harry turned a corner of the street and walked into a small store. A bakery.

The door chimes shook and I took a deep breath of the fresh bread and pastries baking.

"Hello Harry! Nice to see you! What are you doing here on your day off?" A short old lady smiled looking at Harry and I with her welcoming glow.

"I just thought I would treat my... my uh friend to something from here if that's alright with you..?" I felt Harrys hand moisten.

I could tell he was embarrassed. Embarrassed by me? What if...?

"That's perfectly fine. Pick whatever you want darling, it's on me."

"Thanks Diane." He smiled

I sat down in the nice table by the window.

I looked out and saw the moon up in the sky.

I sighed again.

I'm still in real deep thought about what Harry and I can't get over that fact that I might be fall-

"I got you a red velvet cupcake." Harry smiled interrupting my thoughts

"Thanks!"

I opened the wrapper in inside the wrapper it said

"If you love someone let them go. If they come back it's meant to be."

I smiled at the cute quote. That's something I'd find on tumblr. I laughed and stuck it in my pocket.

"What you laughing at?" He asked

"Oh nothing." I smiled nibbling at the red delicacy

Harrys POV:

I opened my cupcake wrapper and there held a quote. A love quote

"My heart is, and always will be, yours"
