A LONG TIME AGO IN A GALAXY FAR FAR AWAY

300 years have passed since the First Order had fallen, the Republic rose from the ashes, peace was finally restored and with the restoration of the Jedi Order the galaxy is once again in the balance
But dark forces continue to lurk as the shadow insurgents known as the REN plot to destroy the Republic with the help of a weapon that could bring doom to this peaceful age
However, the Republic is aware of the REN's movements and Kyra Symain is dispatched to the planet Veras, where the insurgents meet to secure their deadly cargo
EXT - SPACE - DAY/NIGHT
We see the planet Veras, shrouded in a green haze with flashes of lighting on its surface,
A worn smuggler ship flies into the hellish planet
EXT - VERAS SPACEPORT - DAY
The ship lands on a desolate landing port that had been abandoned long ago,
LORAS (51) tall, brooding and wearing the mask that shows his allegiance to the Ren waits for the ship to land along with his fellow soldiers wearing the same masks
As the ship lands the door opens and a small squad of bounty hunters varying in shapes and sizes step out followed by SMUGGLER (89) a grotesque but well clothed alien
But behind the group is a medical droid and beside it is a large cylindrical object that is hovering above the ground with a metal casing around it
Loras bows his head as he greets the smuggler whose face shows displeasure at the morbid surroundings
LORAS
I thank you for meeting us here
SMUGGLER
Spare your pleasantries insurgent, you do understand what will happen if the Republic catches wind of this meeting
LORAS
Of course, if you follow me
Loras starts to walk but the Smuggler refuses to move
SMUGGLER
You are not the buyer?
LORAS
I'm just the escort, the buyer is in there
Loras points into the forest
SMUGGLER
Very well, please do not go far ahead, these legs don't work as well as they used to
LORAS
Of course
Loras breaks off and heads into the forest while the smuggler and his group follow
EXT - VERAS FOREST - DAY
The smugglers follow Loras through the forest ensuring they do not touch the foliage that could be deadly
They are soon greeted by a group of soldiers in cloaks wearing the same masks as Loras
The leader in the centre WEYLAN (55) gruff, hardened soldier who carries himself with respect, walks towards the smuggler with his men behind him
