elodies point of view

we were nearing the end of our first quarter of school which means we'd have a week and a half off for our fall break. trevor invited me out to stay with him and jamie for the week. i was extremely excited, i haven't seen trevor since the end of the summer. all i had to do was power through a few more classes and one more game and i'd be heading to anaheim.

leo and i have been getting very close. we hang out almost everyday and often you can find me or him in one of our dorms. i know tate doesn't love that have been hanging out but i really like him and he hasn't shown any red flags. he's literally perfect.

i sigh reading the text as i close the door behind me. walking down to the front doors of my building. as i approach leo his mouth opens

"hey me and some of my buddies are going down to texas for fall break. a lot of them are bringing their chicks. you wanna come with?" leo asks with a smirk. slightly squinting due to the sun being in the direction of our eyes.

"i totally would, but my brother invited me to go stay with him and his roommate in anaheim. i'm sorry" i frown as i hate having to decline invitations. i'm sure texas would be fun with leo, but i haven't seen trevor in months now.

"dang that sucks, what does anaheim have that we wont?" he laughed mockingly "plus whose his roommate anyway, they must be real exciting if you're doing all the way out there for a week"

i shrug and say "his name is jamie and i'm not going out to anaheim to see him. i'm going to anaheim to see my older brother" i roll my eyes. not like he can see, he's look straight ahead of him and my head is down in defeat. he doesn't usually seem to get in his feels about things like this.

"so you're gonna go spend a whole week staying in the same house as your brothers little friend?" he scoffs. i seriously don't understand the issue. we aren't even together and he's being so weird about me going to see my brother.

"leo why are you so upset about this? i'm literally going to stay with my brother for a week" i huff out, frustrated at his attitude. "plus we aren't even together, what is there to be angry about?" sure i wanted to be with him. i mean we've been spending so much time together and we are constantly flirting.

"whatever elodie" he rolls his eyes and walks off. i guess he isn't coming to class. i sigh walking into my exercise science classroom. plopping down in my chair, pulling my laptop out to take notes.

i decide to text leo asking if he wants the lecture notes or not. considering we have test next class and he'll probably need something to study

hey i took notes on todays lecture, we have our upper extremities test next class if you want me to send them to you.

do you think we could meet up to talk?

yeah sure, when and where

we can at mine? i'll be home around 7 tonight

it was just around 5 when i got off practice. our evening practices were always much worse than our mornings. i honestly have never felt worse in my life. deciding that the only way my mood would could be brought up is to go on a run. i leave my stuff in my car and find my usual trail.

after only running about 3.5 miles i got in my car and drove straight to leo's dorm. dreading what could possibly talk about after todays events. i better be getting an apology if he ever wants to continue what we have going on.

hey farts i think this might be a little more interesting than the last but i promise that jamie and elodie ARE end game leo is only here for the plot cause we need something interesting to happen
