The same guy who was following them came out and asked them “y'all going to Yakutsk?” “Yeah" replied Aleksander “Seems like your car ain't working and I am also going to Yakutsk y'all want a tow or somethin? But it doesn't seem like reparations will fix your car y'all should abandon it and have a ride with me” Says the man “He has a pretty thick american cowboy accent” Aleksander whispered to Leonid “it's the best we have right now” Leonid told Alexsander and they sat in his car and went to Vladivostok. While they were driving the man said “Oh and my name is Andrey” and then Leonid and Aleksander introduced themselves recognizing that desperate times called for unlikely alliances.

With their broken-down car abandoned by the roadside, the trio embarked on the final leg of their journey to Yakutsk. Along the way, amidst the hum of the engine and the rhythm of the road, they exchanged introductions and shared stories, forging a tentative bond born out of necessity.
