Chapter 20

Good Morning

November 18th, 2004

Day after the Red Square Incident

2:00AM

Leonid and Aleixe reach the hideout Leonid, Aleksander and Nicholas had in Moscow, packed the essentials and left Moscow.

Every Russian and other countries' armed forces are in ruins. They couldn't scramble to pack up the entire city.

3:00AM

They have successfully left Moscow and are on their way to Volgograd. This is where they would meet 4 Guardian Corps soldiers. Since the Guardian Corps recognized Alexie, and had declared him as an outlaw, they started shooting. Alexie had to carefully maneuver his motorcycle in order not to get shot. Leonid quickly stopped and dismounted his motorcycle and took cover behind one of their cars and shot them all down. Though 2 were still alive because they didn't have time as both Leonid and Alexie were still injured.

The car's camera had captured both of their faces. Those two officers said "They didn't speak a word but they knew what each other were gonna do. They had an indescribable aura which felt so dense that we could barely move. I mean it is also because they had caused and survived "The Red Square Incident". And also because Moscow was in serious ruins."

2:00PM

They had reached Volgograd. They had built a hideout there to build some plans.

"Well Leonid, you must be pretty tired and so am i but before that, how are your injuries?"

"Better," Replied Leonid in a tired voice.

"Well, now what? The only thing we can do right now is stay here for some months and then go out and help Aleksander escape." Said Alexie

"It's not gonna be as easy, Aleksander is kept in the IK-6 in the city of Nizhny Tagil Inside the Vladmir Oblast Region. It'll be hell to break it out of there alone. But I do have something in mind. but we'll discuss about it later." Said Leonid

"Ah well, whatever, you can't really continue your plans without him. Oh and by the way, i wasn't built for this, i'm not gonna join you or anything, i'm gonna leave soon so dont think im a member of you. The way of crime isn't for me." Said Alexie

"Its alright" Said Leonid

"So, what's your main goal anyways?"Asked Alexie

"It's kinda complicated. People think it's just for the loss of Russia or just the breaking up of Russia but it's kind of the opposite. It's actually for the restoration of the Soviet Union, not the communist and socialist ideology but the landmass and everything- A Reformed Nationalist Soviet Union with freedom of course, kind of like how Gorbachev intended but failed because of his improper execution." Answered Leonid.

"Oh, that's actually pretty challenging but whatever" Responded Alexie as he turns on the radio which makes the jaw drop of both Alexie and Leonid. "We have gotten photos of the suspects known as the "Shadows Of Moscow"' The radio chippered with a mix of static.
