Regina remembered that Y/n is pretty good in English literature, and Regina was on the brink of failing, so she went to her teacher and asked for a tutor, and Y/n being the top of the class, was the one student chosen to tutor Regina George.

You were eating lunch with your friends until everyone stopped talking and looked behind you. Much like the first day of school when Janis was behind you.

FLASHBACK

Y/n was about to say something but she felt someone tap her back and make everyone at the table go silent while looking behind  Y/n. You, confused looks at who it was. "Um....."

You looked behind you and were surprised when you saw Gretchen Wieners. Taking a closer look, you noticed that Gretchen was actually really attractive and you were just distracted by Regina's cunning looks.

"Hey Y/n... I know that you might not want to talk to me because of the whole flour bombing incident, but believe me when I say that I'm really really sorry about it, you did nothing wrong to us and I guess we just wanted to pull some bullshit prank..." Gretchen says while looking down in shame

You smiled at the girls apology, you gained the courage and grabbed the girls face gently so then she started facing you, "No it's fine, sure it hurt my feelings a ton, but you had the decency to apologize on your behalf, I appreciate that a ton Gretchen." You say with a grin as Gretchen started blushing.

"Uh- well I know that you don't really know me that well but I was hoping if you would... want to....?" Gretchen said stuttering a bit and a bit of hope in her eyes.

You were really shocked by this and you saw Gretchen's face falter. "I- I'm sorry this was stupid, I should go." Gretchen says walking away. You grab her hand immediately pulling her back.

"No no! It's not like that! I was just surprised. Yes Gretchen, I'd love to get to know you more." You say with a charming smile that makes Gretchen's knees go weak.

She grabs your phone and looks at you while typing in her number, when she hands it back to you, you immediately notice the contact name she put for herself.

You smiled at it, sure it was simple, but it was also pretty sweet.

She walked away with a smile and headed back to the plastics table.

As soon as she turns back to her table the boys all tease her, annoyed, she looks to her left where Damian and Janis are right there silently cheering for her.

You just sit there grinning at yourself and look at the table where the three plastics sit at just to see Gretchen smiling at you.

She waves at you as you send her a little wink which makes her blush like crazy.

Regina looked you up and down and rolled her eyes, 'the fuck was her problem?' you thought. Gretchen then started getting scolded by Regina and started to apologize to her.
