Chapter 6

Shizuka's pov

I was driving the car thinking which thing about Naomi got me attracted to her . I got attracted to Naomi cause of her kind and caring nature . I wanted to protect Naomi from the cruelty of this world . I always see the small shizuka in Naomi which was killed by none other than my own mother .

My mother might be the sweetest person for everyone but to me she is nothing . My mother started to hate me since the day she got to know that I am lesbian . My dad didn't said anything about it . Now it's my mother daily routine to torture  me by taunting, cursing and saying bad thing to me . It always hurts me alot like my dad didn't said anything to my mother, he didn't even tried to stop her .

Like the trauma wasn't enough Everyone thinks that we got over it but we couldn't for me my mom made it much more difficult to come up from it . For suneo it was also hard at that time he needed his parents but his parents didn't even care to ask about their own son .

Doraemon always showed that he got over from it easily and he helped me and suneo to overcome it too but he never got over it .

I didn't even realised when I started to cry . I wipped my tears , I stopped the car and get out . I saw naomi waiting for me . She waved at me while smiling .

Naomi - heyyy  Shizuka !

Shizuka - hi , let's go inside

We got inside and got a seat near window . This cafe always gives me cozy and comforting vibes . Me and others often comes here and I thought this cafe would be good place to discuss about school work .it is a assignment from our poetry class .I love poetry

Our teacher said to write a poetry using our emotions he will give us grades according to our writing skills and how much emotions we put in it and then he put us in pair to test our teamwork .

End of Shizuka's pov

Naomi - let's start

Shizuka - yeah sure what are we gonna write about ? Like love , heartbreak, hatred , sad

Naomi - sir said to write it from heart we can think about the topic later

There was long silence between them then finally noami decided to speak what she wanted to for a very long time

Naomi - she was born with the wings to fly but she embraced the fall
And she had the strength to win the race yet continued to crawl
Destined for the brightest light
Yet she stood side by side with her demons
With a future to live
Yet in the darkness of death , she's gleaming

Shizuka - who this poetry is for Naomi ?

Naomi - for the girl sitting in front of me

Shizuka - let me add something then
But my darling that's the true grace
The villainous kind
She was born form the starlit nightmare
The impossible to find

Naomi - I know that you are one of kind , the impossible to find and I didn't mean to hurt you in anyway but I want to make you realise that you can live your life normally make friends like everyone

Shizuka - I have friends , I always have my friends with me

Naomi - yeah but I mean to say like you need to know how to socialize with people around you

Shizuka - Naomi you don't need to tell to what should I do or not

Naomi - I know that I am no one to say that but I care about you shizuka I can see what other people can't I can see the sadness, the hurt , the pain , the fear in your eyes . Every time I look in your eyes I see a girl asking for help

Shizuka - shut up! You know nothing about me

Naomi - ofcourse I know that I know nothing about you but I can see it , I can feel it

Shizuka was angry , she would have hit the person if someone else would have said this while sitting in front of her . Shizuka just left the cafe without saying anything
Naomi followed her outside the cafe but shizuka was gone .

Naomi went inside the cafe to collect her books and copy
She saw that shizuka has also left her books and copy
She picked them up and decided to give it to her later .

Naomi was feeling bad for saying it . They talked a few times only about study and poetry but what she said was true she wanted to help shizuka cause she likes , she likes her a lot hell she loves her .

But does shizuka loves her ? crushing , attraction are different than love

Shizuka reached home and directly went to her room as her mood was already sour and she wasn't ready to make her more sour by hearing her mother taunts .

Shizuka's head is messed up and right now so many questions were running in her mind she is not ready to show her vulnerable side to anyone . She had put a lot off efforts in masking her emotions and now someone suddenly come claims that she can see through that mask which took a whole year to made

' she is just a crush , just a crush Whom you are crushing on but you need to make your distance from her . She can see you Shizuka, she can see it ahhhhh'
Shizuka hold her head in her hands while thinking she decided to ignore Naomi for now

Shizuka need someone to talk she knows Doraemon is the only person she needed right now as he is the only one who listens to her problem without judging and assuming things and guide her .
