PROLOGUE

A very typical and perfect example of someone kept in the dark is Alice Wilder.

A nonchalant genius, she always believes in facing things that are directly attached or connected to her.

Anything aside that is either boring, improper or "an absolute waste of her precious time".

Alice had her childhood memories completely wiped out after a car accident she got into which claimed the lives of her parents, leaving her deprived of her biological parents and without a trace of the memories of the past.

Alice's life is the perfect description of a robotic human.
All she does and wishes to do are things laid for her. Her ambitions, profession, down to daily schedules are programmed without her knowledge.

She acts according to a written script and lives like a puppet.
She is clueless about what she really wants since her mind has been clouded and made in a way that she believes she's doing what she actually wants and is meant to.

But then, she's wrong.

A life awaits her and her dream is calling her back to it. A life she's been blinded from seeing.

But having gotten involved with new people, new things and new life perceptions, she begins to see things the way she ought to.

But what happens when she gets to know more about herself, explores her life, questions the norms she's used to and starts to unravel her past life especially?

What happens when she dives into a journey filled with mysteries and secrets of her past waiting to be uncovered?

What would it bring her ? Joy and Fulfillment or Impending Danger ?

Would it give answers to the mind-boggling questions bubbling in her mind or would it only lead her to even more puzzles to unravel ?

What life would she choose ? The easy façade or the tough reality ?
