Outland Love {[Kiara x Vitani story]}

{Chapter. 4} Fire

Rafiki chuckles as he was painting in his baobab tree.

"Oh Mufasa, everyday Kiara grows more beautiful, into a queen that will someday make all of us very proud" Rafiki smiles as he paints a sky by Kiara's painting as his smiles quickly turns into a frown...

"But this cub..Vitani...grow stronger and Zira fills her heart with hate...I'm very worried Mufasa things are not going so well." the monkey sighs as the wind blows and flowers flow around Rafiki.

"Hm? You have a plan?" Rafiki asks as a coconut falls as cracks into two pieces.

"What?" Rafiki picks up the coconut and holds it in-front of Kiara and Vitani's pantings.

"Vitani...Kiara...together..?" Rafiki murmurs as he joints the two pieces together. "This is the plan?" He asks

"Are you crazy! This will never work! Oh Mufasa you've been up there took long your head is in the clouds" Rafiki spats crossing his arms.

The wind whistles and the flowers blows though the ape's fur "okay, okay, okay, okay, all right okay! I don't think this plan is going to work...but I'll trust you..." Rafiki sighs. "I just hope you know what you're doing!" Rafiki called out as the wind blows off into the night sky.

In the desert dry lands called the Outlands Zira is preparing Vitani for their attack

"You are ready" Zira smirks

"Nice..very nice" Zira chuckles "you have the same blackness in your soul as did Scar" Zira adds

"What is your destiny?" She asks

"I will avenge Scar, take his place in the Pridelands" Vitani said coldly

"Yes, what have I thought you?" Zira asks pacing around the grown lioness

"Simba is the enemy" she said

"And what. Must. You. Do?" Zira asks

"I must kill him" Vitani growls as the other lionesses roared.

Back in the lushes green Pridelands Princess Kiara is about to go on her first hunt!

All the Lionesses gathered as they chatter about Kiara as the now grown Kiara steps out of the den to met Simba and Nala.

As Kiara nuzzles up to her mother as they purr loudly.

"You'll do just fine" Nala whispers

"Daddy? You have to promise to let me do this on my own, promise?" Kiara pleas

Simba looks at Nala as she looks back at the red maned King "oh all right" Simba agrees

Kiara quickly nuzzles up to her father as they both purr as Kiara runs off to make her first hunt.

Simba watches over before whispering to Timon and Pumbaa "make sure she doesn't get hurt" he whispers

Timon and Pumbaa nod as they leave writhing being suspicious.

Kiara tries to hunt down some antelope that were grazing on some grass but a twig snapped scaring them off as they started bolting off.

Kiara huffs before taking off following the antelope.

Back in the Outlands Nuka and Kovu are in the elephant graveyard

"Eurgh...this place is even creeper since the hyenas ran off" Nuka scoffs

"Oh! I'm not scared...okay?" Nuka said as Kovu went by a steam as it made a hissing sound that obviously scared Nuka.

"I just don't know why we have to be here...that's all" Nuka grumbles "if Vitani was sooo special why does she need us?" Nuka nags "I never even had a chance!" Nuka spat before yelling as his tail got burnt by one of the steams.

Kovu rolls his eyes "that's it!" He said before picking up the now lit branch "oh come on! Kiara has started her hunt. We have to move quickly" Kovu said Nuka follows him.

Back in the Pridelands Timon and Pumbaa are trying to look for Kiara without trying to act suspicious, failing miserably.

"Tango Charlie Alpha, what's your position?" Timon said

"Uh...upright head turned slightly to the left tail erect!" Pumbaa said as Timon sighs.

"Why do I bother?" Timon mumbled as he spots Kiara "aha!" Timon said.

Kiara is roaming the Pridelands as the antelope had gotten away from her, she tried to hunt a different heard but accidentally pushed a pebble as the heard started bolting as-well as Kiara tired chasing that heard also.

But while chasing the heard Timon and Pumbaa got stampeded by the antelope Kiara was hunting .

"This must be were the dear and the antelope play" Timon said as Kiara looked pissed.

"Timon. What are you doing here?" Kiara asked angrily

"Uh...shopping! We thought a nice pelt for the den, some throw pillows, a little potpourri" Timon explained

"My father sent you! After he promised... he'd let me do this on my own he lied!" Kiara huffs

"No...he just doesn't want you to get hurt!" Timon said

"I shouldn't have know he'd never give me a real chance" Kiara huffs before running off "I'll do this on my own! Away form the Pridelands!" she said before disappearing in the tall grass.

"Hey! Wait! Come back!" Timon said as he and Pumbaa started looking for her.

Kiara pants as the runs off as Nuka and Kovu see her from afar, "let's light fires!" Nuka said as he starts letting the grass on fire with Kovu by his side.

"Roasty toasty princess~ roasty toast princess" Nuka said in a singsong tone "hey is it hot in here or is that just me?" Nuka asks as tail was caught on fire as him and Kovu quickly left the scene.

As Kiara was trying to hunt the antelope once more, being very quickly and steadily. But this time it wasn't Kiara that scared off the antelope but something else.

As the heard was running away form the giant fire that was spreading quick, Kiara quickly noticed the fire as the runs off..

As Zira and Vitani loomed over a hill, "the plan is in motion" Zira said "go!" She spat as Vitani leaves her mother side as she looked for Kiara.
