Chapter 5

Hayden's point of view

I was getting pretty used to sharing a bed with Aaron. He's actually a pretty great cuddle buddy. Really cozy..I mean, I'd never cuddle him intentionally, but I always wake up with his head on my chest and his arms around me. He's seemed a little clinger too. I don't mind it though.

"Scott! You got something in the mail." I heard him call. Were the bills all in my name? Aaron jumped up and down and handed me the envelope. A tear fell down my face as I dropped the card. Aaron squeezed me tightly. It wasn't all that comforting since I was so much taller than him, but it was appreciated. He shushed me a few times and we walked out to the beach.

I ran my fingers through the salt water and Aaron buried his feet with sand. I sat next to him again. He laid his head on my arm. "You okay?" He whispered. I nodded. "My sister's getting married in 3 months." Aaron smiled big "Oh, Hayden! That's wonderful news!" I interrupted. "She needs me to bring my boyfriend, but we broke up months ago. I never told my family. They liked him so much..." Aaron went silent. I sighed loudly. "Boyfriend?" He asked. "I know. You can stop talking to me if you want." "Nonono. Why would I abandon you for that? You're my best friend!" Aaron hugged me tightly and I hugged back even tighter.

We took our clothes off and swam in the beach. We were in our boxers and Aaron jumped on my shoulders. (No pun intended XD) "Aaron. I know this is a bad time, but..uhh..." I groaned awkwardly. "What is it?" He asked. "Can I use my favor?" "Of course. Anytime. You saved my life." He looked down as I looked up. Our lips were so close...I blushed. "Could you pretend to be my boyfriend for this wedding? For my family?" Aaron did a backflip off of me and into the water. "It's your favor. I have to do it." "You don't have to. I'm just asking." Aaron grabbed my hand. "Shh. Of course I'll be your boyfriend." I blushed. Hard. I couldn't help but to pick him up as I hugged him so tightly. "I love you. Thank you! Thank you, Aaron."

Aaron's point of view.

The way he picked me up..I felt like I was in a sexy-Hayden-In-His-Underwear kind of heaven. I honestly never thought he would go along with my silly idea.

It kinda hurts my feelings that he never told me about his ex or that he was gay. I would've accepted him. Hell, I might've kissed him myself. I slipped my boxers off and wrapped a towel around me. I saw Hayden blush. I chuckled softly. He picked up a towel and squeezed his short hair in it. We walked inside and I flopped on the bed. He laid next to me and I cuddled him instantly. He hugged me back and I grabbed his hand. "I'm just practicing being your boyfriend." "Whatever, Bruno." I laughed loudly. We need to go suit shopping at some point. All of the guys are invited, so we'll have to tell them what we're doing." He informed me. I nodded "Do they know that you're gay?" "Yeah. I guess you're the only one who never met my ex." I frowned.
