AFTER DEFEATING THE LARGE, UNPLEASANT CREATURE, I IMMEDIATELY HEADED TO MIMOSA. My mana was still a lot, but I was wounded, Blood gushed from my thigh, my neck, my collarbone, and my arms.
If I'm correct, Captain Fuegoleon was the one that defeated the energy, and even boosted our morale. He even was able to reprimand the enemy.
Nearly all the invaders have been neutralized, which means it's good news.
I looked down, my uniform all torn and bloodied as I sat behind Mimosa, pulling my grimoire out to heal myself the best I could do. "Such incredible power and strenght! Long live the magic knights!" I heard, causing me to look right.
Citizens were gathered as I took the sight in, looking at the many citizens gathered around to praise our efforts.
It's still too early to celebrate our feats. "Light Magic, Theia's Paradise." I casted, causing Mimosa's attention to turn to me as her jaw dropped open at the sight of me and Theia's Paradise.
Immeduately, she took her cape of, taking a step towards the spell I casted. "Gosh, what happened to you?" She asked curiously, staring slightly as she seemed panicked.
She draped her red cape over me as I rested inside the cradle, allowing myself to slightly relax and heal myself. "We found something, and I'd like to rest." I said blankly, looking up into the bright sky as I let the exhaustion and pain catch up to me.
The significant burn in my legs, the throb in my head, the warmness on my face. I removed my arm from under Mimosa's cape, covering my face with it.
I feel absolutely exhausted. At the top of the cradle rested my grimoire, opened and facing me as it started glowing, causing me to raise an eyebrow. It was strong, very bright. Isn't the battle finished? It isn't supposed to glow like that.
"What?" I asked, keeping an arm over my head as I immediately felt the atmosphere darken significantly.
Sitting up, I immediately removed my arm from my head, ignoring the exhaustion. You know what, exhaustion? I'll cancel you for now and feel exhausted another day.
I looked at the floor, my eyes widening as I saw everything be black. Under us was black, it was definitely man-made, also from the enemy side. "You've worked hard, Magic Knights." I heard a voice say as I looked around, confused.
Mimosa held onto the cradle, Yuno's grimoire was glowing brightly as well, and all of our seniors seemed surprised.
The battle is not yet finished. I watched the citizen's faces contort into fear, shock, and nervousness as they saw us get swallowed by the large black hole, causing me to see nothing but pure darkness.
TELEPORT
We then fell from the sky, everyone landing safely as my cradle cancelled itself out, meaning I was finally healed.
My heels met the ground as I took in the new environment around us. It was dry and quiet, as if no one had step foot in such a place in a very long time. "Where are we?" I heard Hamon ask, looking around as well.
I raised an eyebrow as I fully stood up, my grimoire returning to the little slot it had on my waist, my eyes meeting a certain royal in the crowd.
Right, Nozel Silva. The person whose voice sounds exactly like the one I heard during my first mission. I then looked away, but my eyes had the urge to travel to him.
Also a person that smells like expensive cologne.
"It's atleast hundreds of kilometers away from the capital." I stated, looking around even more. The people at the ceremony were present. I looked up, my neck cracking a little as I noticed how dark the sky was.
