"Crap, he's darting around everywhere!" Ace cursed under his breath, irritated by how Grim was running around everywhere and maneuvering all around the place with mischievous antics and evasiveness. It didn't quell his anger when the critter taunted him as he expertly hopped onto the walls and made his way up to the chandelier. Deuce and Ace were left dumbfounded.
"Hehe~ Catch me if you can bozos!!" He cackled and with light paws, stood on the chandelier with a cheeky grin on his face. He was very much enjoying this.
"Climbing the chandelier is an underhanded move!" Deuce protested, "Not to mention we haven't learned the magic to fly just yet." Ace couldn't help but frown slightly, a groan coming out of his lips while Grim was happily strutting in circles on the hanging light decoration.
"We need something to get up there, not to mention catch him..." Deuce was thinking, muttering to himself and to his mind. Ace couldn't help but feel more annoyed when Grim suddenly looked down at them, laughing heartily. Then Deuce snapped his fingers, "I got it!"
"So what's the—" Without warning , Deuce pointed his magic pen at him, and was suddenly lifted off the ground, hovering right above the floor with the use of magic. Confused, he looked at the azure in panic, "Woah woah! H-Hold on a sec! Y-You're joking, right? Don't tell me you're—"
"I'm going to throw you up there, so you better catch him!" Deuce announced confidently and arousing even more panic. How could someone think there's nothing wrong with throwing a person up in the air!? This was ridiculous! "Take aim..."
"Y-You're really going to throw me!? What the hell! K-Knock it off!!"
Oh Deuce really wasn't kidding! Before the auburn could give his fair share of opinions, he was flung into the air like a base ball up to the chandelier. Grim, who didn't expect such a stunt, was shocked, and attempted to flee.
"Fynahhhhh!!"
The auburn smiled victoriously as he got ahold of Grim's white scruff, "Finally caught you!" He declared so confidently, but with the victory came the fall. Ace and Grim were headed straight for the chandelier and once they finally hit the hanging decoration, everything came tumbling down—both them and the chandelier, the crash ringing through the cafeteria room accompanied with dust and webs.
"What has happened over there?" Ei and Mephisto were just right outside the cafeteria when they heard the crash. When they saw the area covered in dust, they were quick to enter the scene and immediately noticed Deuce coughing harshly by the sidelines.
"Deuce!" Mephisto was quick to catch the azure's attention. Deuce was panicking, eyes wide and it wasn't any better now that he was coughing so violently. If Deuce was already coughing this bad, then the two that were caught in the middle could have it much worse!
That wasn't good; "Ei—" The archon suddenly interrupted him and tapped his shoulder. Reassurance maybe? Even if it wasn't, there was that feel to it.
"I'll get them out of there, you stay here and take care of him." She said calmly. Mephisto nodded as he got the memo, backing down and staying by Deuce's side as he continued to cough. 'Twisteds, why does the dust have to be so contagious...' The pink-haired male as he calmly led Deuce out of the room.
It was Ei's turn, although the dust did make her cough out at random intervals, she didn't mind and quickly dashed into the smoke, arm covering her nose from the particles. The dust was shallow, and in the middle of a broken chandelier were two unconscious individuals, eyes spinning and groaning. Groaning wasn't good, she had to take them out of the dust first, and with one arm she lifted the unconscious Ace who carried an unconscious Grim out of the dust cloud and out of the room.
